Doesn’t really show her face much in the videos, but she does have a nice voice, so people stay for it

If you’re aware of the kpop group Seventeen, their tiktok account was recently set to private because someone set their account’s birthday as the debut day of the group so tiktok thought the account was a child’s.

Sam did the same thing with their first account and had to make a new one lmao

Sam is the one mostly on the account though and he does a mixture of skits based on his experiences with Vincent, short videos of him playing guitar, and various challenges he thinks would be fun

Sebastian

On his personal, he wouldn’t show his face much, but will update everyone on his frog sanctuary (imagine he has one even if he wasn’t married to farmer)

People would eventually figure out that he’s the same guy Maru pulls pranks on, as well as the keyboardist in Sam’s band

There have been attempts from the comments that he should do a thirst trap. He refuses to do so on his frog sanctuary account, but Sam convinced him to at least do a joke one on the band account

Shane

OKAY SO you know his 6 heart event where you can see him filming an ad for Joja Cola with Clint and Emily?

He started getting really into making short films

There's not really intros to his videos and they're all shot horizontal

A lot of videos flopped but Shane doesn't really mind

But then he posted a really short one featuring the big tree in the forests and people really liked that

And more and more people started requesting he film more of the town he lives in

Also he is GREAT at color grading

Maru's the only person in town who knows about Penny’s account. She helps with the props and lighting

firstly I DO EVERYTHING FOR HIM, yet again i do his job every single day fixing the whole town paying for everything while he sits on his arse and does nothing but fuck with marines feelings!? like she deserves so much better man!! he uses his job as an excuse to not commit to marine he’s literally just dragging her along and playing with her feelings

i had to restore the whole community center AND HE SAYS LITERALLY NOTHING ABOUT IT i got awarded with a trophy that looks like vincent sculpted it in his fucking art class with penny (it’s got a tiny amount of gold in it cos we all know where the rest of the gold went to *ahem* lewis statue), like come on man he barely even thanks me “it looks better then ever” LEWIS I LITERALLY REPAIRED A BUS A QUAREY BRIDGE A WHOLE FUCKING BUILDING AND EVERYTHING AND HE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT IT ok sorry that part just annoys me cos like, he could at least come to the farmer and thank them or ask if he needs to contribute anything (which he never does he contributes nothing to the town) and i have put thousands into the town while he sits back and claims he’s a great mayor and he does so much, no lewis you organise the egg festival once a year that is doing nothing to help society

he also claims the town is great yet he is literally giving into joja? as a mayor shouldn’t he be trying to fight back? the whole town is a literal mess he’s completely blind to what’s going on behind the scenes or he just doesn’t care enough to do anything about it (also the minecarts and transportation is all fucked?)

yet he takes credit for everything like the special orders notice board ROBIN DID ALL THE WORK and he gets mad when she calls him out on claiming he helped, like no lewis you are useless

Mr. Qi is who everyone else knows as Yoba. We don't know how old he is, but we know he's been around for a long time. With how much he knows about the player when you try to make it down Skull Caverns, I think it's because he's an omniscient god that everyone calls Yoba

So if you unlock the Qi Beans quest, you know those things have Mr. Qi's face on them. He's not magic or immortal, Mr. Qi is just a great scientist. Mr. Qi has learned how to extend his life and slow down the death of his cells to the point where it seems like he's immortal

That doesn't mean he's healthy though. Mr. Qi absolutely loves sweets and baked goods. You can't give him gifts in game and these aren't in the game as giftable items anyway, but he loves vanilla cake pops

That actually started as a joke between him and your grandpa who he was good friends with. Your grandpa would surprise Mr. Qi with cake every month because Mr. Qi would never share his actual birthday, and it was almost always vanilla cake. After Mr. Qi learned about cake pops, he preferred that shape because he can eat it easily on the go

Alex - Coffea Exotica

This is definitely not a flavor for everyone, and sometimes it feels like this coffee + cola mix of flavors is trying to figure itself out

But if you give it a chance, you can see that the two flavors actually work together in an unexpected way

Have I actually tried the Coffea Exotica flavor? No. But I have had the Coca Cola + Coffee drinks and I'm a fan of the caramel one specifically

Similarly to the fact that I've only ever gone after Alex when I'm not basing my farmer off of myself. You have to find out what mixture of coffee + cola is best for you to really enjoy it

Elliott - Pomme Bayá

Elliott reminds me of fall, and so does this mixture of flavors, but that's probably because his birthday is in fall

Apple and cranberry together is such a good mixture, very classic for staying inside and relaxing, which is the vibes that Elliott gives off

Is this one that many people will rank as their favorite? Not really. In fact, I never even really see this flavor at the store often

Personally not really one I would actively get, but I will not complain if it's in front of me lmao

Harvey - Tangerine

An absolute classic

It's gonna give you up, never gonna let you down

Never gonna run around and desert you

People tend to overlook it because "the other flavors are so much better!!!" and "there are already so many citrus flavors"

Well listen here, I think tangerine is better than orange

It's a reliable flavor, a good one to return to when you just want something that you know won't hurt you

Sam - Piña Fraise

I asked one of my friends for help, and he said Sam would be a White Claw instead of a la croix

I agree but if Sam had to be a la croix flavor, he'd be Piña Fraise

Reminds me of summer, and his beach scene with his brother is one of my favorites

A sweet boy, just like this watermelon and strawberry mixture

Not really the go-to for many people, but it's always a fun treat when you finally do go for it

Sebastian - Berry

Honestly he's a hard one to figure out, both in general and just trying to choose a la croix flavor for him

The title of "Berry" is very vague, and you'll either grow to love it or try to find something else that suits your taste better

Personally, I love my berry boy even though I still can't completely figure him out and I marry him half of the time

I am, however, indifferent to berry la croix lmao

Shane - Pamplemousse

You either love it or hate it, but you can't deny the fact that it's a popular flavor

Somewhat of an acquired taste? The more you try it, the more you get used to it

People tend to have strong reactions either way. Lots of people who will defend pamplemousse to the ends of the earth, and also lots of people who will actively show that they hate pamplemousse

Bachelorettes

Abigail - Kiwi Sandía

The sweet smell of the kiwi watermelon la croix is one I find to be strong, but the flavor of the drink itself isn't as strong (what did I expect, it's la croix)

I feel that's the same with Abigail. When I first got the game, I was unsure on if I'd like her or not, but she slowly started charming me

Also not la croix flavor related, but i do love kiwi watermelon together, and they remind me of being younger because those are two fruits my parents buy that were usually present for convenient snacking lmao

Emily - Apricot

Am I making Emily apricot because of her quest where she requests a farm fresh apricot? Possibly

However, I do also think that apricots do fit Emily

Ngl I have never had the apricot flavored la croix, but I do like apricots

I am also biased because I remember my family having apricot and plum trees in our backyard that we didn't know the old owners had. One year, we picked the fruits and I got to use them for pie

I think Emily would enjoy that, so this is her flavor

Haley - Passionfruit

Like the apricot la croix, I actually can't tell you what the passionfruit la croix tastes like, but I do love passionfruit in general lmao

Tropical, sweet, and sour? That's our girl right here

I find passionfruit when used as a flavoring to be one that typically hits strong at first, but eventually mellows out

The flavor definitely grows on you, but I am once again talking about actual passionfruit and not the la croix flavor

Leah - Limoncello

I know that Leah's all about health and nature and stuff, but she's also a big fan of like wine and cheese, so I felt like limoncello is perfect for her

Limoncello is a great change from the typical lemon flavor. Still has that citrusy flavor, but with a bit of sweetness to balance it out a bit

Now, I don't think Leah would actually drink this flavor of la croix, but it do think she likes actual limoncello

Also, this flavor was so hard to come by when it first hit the stores, which is accurate to Leah because I always have a hard time finding her when I actually wanna see her

Maru - Múre Pepino

Blackberry and cucumber together are such fresh flavors, an absolute treat together

Yet not a flavor I see people talk about often????

The cucumber is so unexpected since I don't think any other la croix flavors have cucumber, but it works so well

Please, appreciate blackberry cucumber more

Penny - Key Lime

I LOVE key lime

A citrus flavor, so it is more of a classic, reliable flavor

But I find that the key lime just has something in it that makes it distinct from regular lime

Do I know exactly what it is? No. Am I going to keep returning to key lime? Absolutely

My love for Penny is the same as my love for key lime sparkling water

I cannot explain to you why I think it's good, but it does make me feel happy so I'm keeping it

-eventually you start spending your time with harvey at his apartment, on especially tough days you pick up dinner for him at the saloon, he talks to you about his planes with jazz in the background and you listen enthusiastically 

-at the end of your second fall in the valley, harvey comes over to the farm to celebrate your harvest! the two of you go through a few bottles of your new wine throughout the night and talk about your lives before pelican town

-that night is the tipping point for you and the next time you see harvey you bring a bouquet with you. you present it to him after lunch at the fountain, at first harvey is absolutely speechless and you worry that you screwed up but after a moment of silence, harvey throws his arms around you and tells you how excited he is for your first date

he has to build up his comfort & confidence in your relationship before jealousy ever comes in cause it’s hard to be jealous over something you don’t think you deserve

a lot of his jealousy is rooted in his anxiety and being scared of losing you rather than being possessive

Harvey smiled as he watched the farmer walk over to the bar to get them another round of drinks. It was their anniversary and the two of them had planned a weekend getaway to Zuzu City. Their day had been perfect, the morning started with a lazy room service brunch followed by some shopping and visiting their old favorite spots. 

Harvey picked a restaurant for dinner and the farmer picked out a place to grab a few drinks afterwards. They had experimented with a few fancy cocktails just to say they did, and this round Harvey ordered an old fashioned and the farmer went with a gin and tonic. Neither of them usually drank this much but they wanted to make the most out of having a bigger selection than Gus’ usual pick. 

Taking another sip from his drink, Harvey looked to the farmer again. They were standing alone at the bar looking absolutely gorgeous, it was enough to make Harvey drool (among other things). He didn’t know how he got so lucky. The farmer was a catch. They were everything he wasn’t: young, beautiful, could actually talk to people without freaking out for 10 minutes afterwards. Harvey had to bring himself back to reality before he thought about it too much. 

He noticed the farmer had started talking to someone at the bar. Harvey eyed the man from across the room, sizing up his competition. The man was a hunk to say the least. He was tall (though not as tall as Harvey), much closer to the farmer’s age than he was, and (Harvey had to admit) the man was pretty. He couldn’t help but notice how buff the man was, his arms and chest seem to almost pop the buttons of his shirt every time he moved. Harvey sighed, it was sad to watch the farmer with someone so much more attractive than him. 

Harvey rose to take a detour to the restroom. He braced his hands on the sink and looked at himself in the mirror. Harvey wished he was more beautiful. The farmer had picked out his outfit: a snug black turtleneck with gray slacks and a new green coat they had bought him in town today. For once he wasn’t mad about his appearance but that didn’t stop him from sitting in his insecurities. Harvey’s thoughts were a mess, mostly due to the drinking. He hated how seeing the farmer with someone else made him so goddamn jealous. Harvey rarely got jealous; there wasn’t exactly a lot of competition back home. But on the flip side, he wasn’t used to feeling so secure in his relationship that jealousy ever occurred to him. Harvey was used to being thankful for any attention he got and not being surprised when the interested party moved on shortly after. 

He cracked a soft smile at himself in the mirror. The farmer had spent an entire year with him and came out to the city with him to celebrate it. They loved each other, but more importantly, the farmer loved him. Harvey was suddenly filled with so much pride and warmth that it threatened to spill from the corners of his eyes. He took off his glasses and splashed a bit of cold water on his face before heading back out to find the farmer. 

The farmer was still standing at the bar when Harvey returned. He tried to make eye contact before he arrived to avoid spooking them, but when Harvey slid his arm around the farmer’s waist, they still jumped a bit.

“Harvey! I was wondering where you went off to,” the farmer grinned up at him.

“Hi darling,” He kissed the top of their head. “How are the drinks coming?” 

The farmer giggled, “Well, funny story. As soon as the drinks were finished, Keith here bumped into me and spilled them down his shirt. Luckily, the next round is on him.” The farmer turned to Keith, “Keith, this is my boyfriend Harvey.” 

Keith looked utterly unimpressed with him, which only made Harvey feel better. He knew it was outrageous that someone as stunning as the farmer would be with a guy like Harvey. Harvey wrapped their arm tighter around the farmer.  Just as Harvey was going to attempt to engage him in small talk, the bartender saved the day with their fresh drinks. 

“Thank you for the drinks, but I think we’ll be going now,” Harvey offered Keith a polite smile before steering himself and the farmer back to their table. 

The farmer leaned into Harvey’s ear as they sipped their drinks, “What’s got you so chipper?” 

Harvey’s eyes twinkled, “Us, you. Being with you, being here with you, you loving me. All of it. You mean the world to me.” The farmer kissed him on the cheek and Harvey mirrored the red flush on their face. 

By the time they finished their drinks, the farmer was practically in Harvey’s lap in the booth. The rest of their evening was filled with reciting drunken confessions of adoration that neither of them had the courage to say otherwise. Soon after their glasses were drained they made their way back to their hotel room, determined to hold each other until the sun rose the following morning.

On anon cause I'm a coward 😂 How about the Farmer gets an unexpected visit from her ex-boyfriend: Everyone in town is talking about a "young, handsome fellow" looking for Farmer, until they coincidentally meet in front of the clinic where Harvey is somewhat just about to awkwardly confess his feelings. Ex is sorry about the past, wants to get back together and Harvey is worried she'll say yes?

Harvey sighed as he trudged down the steps to the clinic. The past few nights had been restless at best; his thoughts about the new farmer in town were keeping him from getting any sleep. They moved to the valley at the beginning of Spring and had been on Harvey’s mind ever since. The farmer stopped by the clinic almost daily to chat and sometimes brought gifts for him and Maru but Harvey couldn’t quite tell what their motivations were. He wanted to tell them about his feelings – he just hadn’t found the right time. They had talked a few times at the Stardrop, and the farmer even bought Harvey a drink last time, but he was still too scared to dive any deeper. His train of thought came to a halt when Maru strolled through the door. 

“Hey Harvey!” she called as she hung up her coat and scarf behind the desk. 

“Good morning, Maru,” he replied when she sat across from him in the exam room. The pair made small talk about their weekends until Marnie came in for her check-up. Harvey was halfway through taking her vitals before Marnie playfully looked around and leaned in close. 

“Word on the street is there’s a young handsome fella from the city who’s been wandering around town looking for that new farmer.” 

Harvey felt his breath catch in his throat. Who was this guy? What right did he have to take away the one thing he had been looking forward to? Why was Marnie even telling him this? He wanted to cry, or scream, or just run to the train station and leave, but his feet were firmly planted on the clinic floor. “You okay Doc?” Harvey was brought back to reality as Marnie gave him a look of concern.

“Yes, just peachy,” he managed to reply. He finished up Marnie’s appointment as quickly as possible before telling Maru he was going for an early lunch in his apartment.

As he made his sandwich, he spiraled thinking about the situation at hand. What was he going to do? What could he do? He sat on his couch and turned the TV on to try and silence his thoughts for a few minutes. When he made it back down to the clinic, Maru sprung on him, “Surprise!” She pulled out a bouquet from Pierre’s from behind her back. The look of confusion on his face prompted Maru, “They’re not for you, well sort of, they’re for you to give to the farmer when they stop by today. I overheard Marnie gossiping and thought it was time for you to finally make your move.” Harvey froze again. He couldn’t do this. He wasn’t ready. He needed more time to figure out what to say and how to say it. 

“Maru I-” He started before he saw a familiar figure through the window. 

“Now’s your chance!” She shoved the bouquet in his hand and pushed him out the door before he had any say in the matter. He managed to at least hide the flowers behind his back faster than the farmer noticed him. 

“Hey Harv! I’ve got more pickles!” they shouted from across the square. Harvey blushed and waved at them. The farmer was getting ready to offer Harvey the gift when a third figure appeared. 

“There you are! I’ve been looking for you all over this goddamn town!” 

They both whipped their heads around to see (just as Marnie described), a young handsome fella walking towards them. “Mason? What the hell are you doing here?” 

Shit. 

Harvey had heard the farmer mention that name, their ex from back in the city. He didn’t know the entire history of their relationship, just that they’d broken up shortly before the farmer moved in. What was worse, he had no idea what terms they were on with each other. 

“I came to see you. You never responded to any of my letters so I thought it was worth a shot to ask in person,” Mason confessed. 

“Ask me...what?” the farmer asked cautiously. 

Mason sighed and put his hands in his pockets before looking back up at them, and then Harvey. “Could we do this somewhere more private?” 

The farmer laughed, “Anything you have to say to me you can say in front of him.” Harvey tried his best to keep his blush (and the flowers) hidden and simply stayed silent, knowing that it wasn’t his business to get into. 

“I miss you, a lot. The apartment hasn’t been the same without you in it. I’m sorry for saying I thought moving out here and taking over your grandfather’s farm was stupid,” said Mason. “I was upset and angry at the thought of you leaving and I acted like a dick. If you’re still open to it, would you wanna try again?” 

Harvey’s heart dropped, this was exactly what he was scared of. The farmer was going to say yes (of course) and move back to the city with Mason. Or worse, they would say yes and Mason would move to the valley with them. Harvey wouldn’t be able to stand seeing the two of them stroll around town together, he would have to watch them dance together at the Flower Dance and sit together at the Winter Star feast. It was all too much for him, Harvey almost turned to go back into the clinic when the farmer laughed. And laughed. 

“Excuse me?” Mason asked, obviously not expecting that response. 

“You really thought after all that shit I would actually be willing to try things again? Absolutely not! I’ve finally built something here that means something to me and you think I would give it all up to get back together with your lousy ass?” Harvey had to stop himself from giggling, he knew the farmer was bolder than he was but he did not expect that much intensity. If anything, it was kinda hot. 

Mason’s face went pale, “I- well- Oh. Okay.” 

“Please don’t come back or write to me. If I feel like reaching out, I will, but right now I’m not interested, and honestly doubt I ever will be. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have some pickles to deliver.” 

The farmer tried to file both them and Harvey into the clinic and ditch Mason, but Harvey had been too engrossed in the conversation and the bouquet fell from his hands in the process and he nearly tripped over them. The farmer looked down at the half-trampled flowers on the cobblestone and back up at Harvey. Before they had a chance to speak, Harvey grabbed the flowers and headed into the clinic. 

“Hey! What was that about?” the farmer called as they followed him inside. 

“If you’re comfortable, could we talk in my apartment?” he said loud enough for Maru to know his whereabouts. 

“Sure,” the farmer smiled and obliged. Harvey’s face was on fire, his heart was beating right out of his chest. Now’s your chance, he remembered Maru’s words. Harvey took a deep breath and turned to the farmer. 

“This really wasn’t how I wanted this to go but, um, I got these for you and- ah- if you were interested, which if you aren’t it’s really okay and we can forget this ever happened, maybe we could get dinner tonight?” he finally managed to say. 

It felt like an eternity before the farmer spoke again, “I would. I would like that.” They smiled softly and giggled as they took the flowers.

“I’m sorry about the bouquet, I can run over to Pierre’s before they close to get you a new one-” 

The farmer held up their hand in protest. “No need, but I will bring you a fresh bouquet from the farm tomorrow. I’m glad I’ll finally have something to do with all of those flowers.” Harvey couldn’t believe his luck, not only did the farmer not run for the hills, they actually said yes! “So I’ll see you at seven?” 

It was Harvey’s turn to smile, “Seven it is.”
