I finally found your account again! I have my new account; had some stuff to fix...

With this in mind, I saw what you posted, and I just want you to know that you deserve as long as you need to rest!

Your art is as beautiful as ever and I'm gonna try to redraw Artemis again once I get the chance!

I am like a child, incredibly easy to entertain, just give me a game that let you customize your character and I won't bother you for hours.

I won't even play the actual game, just create a bunch of characters to match my owns (and get annoyed when my bf doesn't use them, since the game is his 👉👈)

However the very first experiment was Artemis but I didn't even bother to take a pic since she looked nothing like her (goddamn developers that didn't even include an hairstyle with a side-bang, just why?!). I still managed to make our bois Swiffer and Marshall (very random combo, I know, but it was due the hairstyles available in game) don't ask for Des because I already know it would be impossible to make him recognizable, but if you have other characters to propose (even your OCs, I don't mind) feel free to try! Just don't suggest me children or non-human characters because I can't make them with Starfield's character creator :cc

Also if someone capable of creating mods is listening I am willing to give you a drawing of your choice of any character you want in exchange of a mod for my character Artemis' hairstyle to be in the game, I don't care for it to be precise, I just need something of the right length with a side bang, if you're interested contact me in private and we'll settle (yes, I'm deadly serious AHAH)

Except for me asking things shamelessly, what do you think of these designs? Be kind because I spent one hour on each :DD

✨Healing✨

Writing yesterday's post and seeing your love and support truly felt like taking a massive brick off my chest and after months, probably, I felt some true inspiration to draw again. I will still post the garbage sketches I made in these past weeks but I'm happy to begin again with a drawing I'm satisfied of :3

Ah… umh… hello?

It is very hard to make this post since I've been thinking about coming back on this platform for so long but every way I imagined to 'use' felt unnatural and non-genuine. My love for the professor Layton saga surely didn't fade away in these months but what did was the enthusiasm to share my work and thoughts with you, and probably that's even worse. These months have been very tough mentally, and I'm still not fully 'healed' but I feel that to do that properly I need to snap out of this isolation and begin to enjoy things again. In this community I felt loved and most importantly I felt part of something and even though it might sound selfish I want to feel those things again, be happy and silly again. I am sorry for the lack of activity, I still feel so guilty for all those projects begun and never finished, foremost among them my comic, now I look at those pages and wonder if I'm still the person who used to make those, now I can barely force myself to finish a single drawing so yeah… if I'll manage to push myself to post some drawings just know that the quality will not be the one it used to be before I left but I will be very grateful if you still decided to stay. ❤️

I don't want to say that this is going to be my definitive 'comeback' but I also want to hope that this is going to be the beginning of my healing to get back being the person I once was, thank you for your patience and just know that even if I wasn't there I've been thinking about you this entire time, I missed you so much!

a little bit of context on how everything begun :

I wish I had something interesting to add but I think I'll just summon THE Leon Bronev expert @targentis

OK folks so I am tired tonight and have to much thoughts to share that are not really necessary but they just flop into my mind sooo...

I was rewatching Azran Legacy's let's play recently and I am more and more interested in the fact that there is literally only flashbacks to describe how the life of the Bronev family was perfect before the evil TARGENT showed up aaaaaaand.... there is literally not a single development part where it is explained how Bronev became evil, how Desmond grew up and met Raymond, how Desmond had a family of his own etc.

That is the main complain I have about the game. It is really good but important things are a bit thrown as if unimportant ><

And so, growing attached to this lack of development, my mind had to play with contexts and inventing things and so I ended up wondering...

What if Bronev had escaped from TARGENT ?

What if his wife had been killed by them ?

What if he found his elder son and took care of him alone, ready to avenge Rachel and take down TARGENT ?

What if Bronev and Raymond had to take care of a growing young man progressively understanding that his mother will never come back and wanting to help his father getting revenge, then having himself a family, losing them and being 100% ready to take TARGENT down ?

What if they were together, father, son and butler, to solve the Azran's mysteries ?

It would be a sort of a reverse arc for Bronev : before TARGENT, he was beginning to be obsessed by the Azran civilization, possibly leading him to be less here for his family, what he regrets after Rachel's death. After this, he has to take care of his son without his wife and find some balance between revenge, and so the Azran, and life as a lonely father ( even if he is helped by a devoted butler X3 ).

I think somehow I would like to explore this, because I really think that could be cool X3 also, the lack of explanations and development in the games is useful for this because it allows to fantasising about all the "what if" and the "reasons why".

I dunno if I will keep that idea but hey, maybe I will if I don't forget about it tomorrow already ahaha

Reblogging my own stuff to call myself out for involuntarily plagiarizing yet again Arcane for my pl content; I realized that I ain't that swift about character design.

Did you get it? eh? Swift? Yeah no, that wasn't funny.... I know.

(Also after a long debate with my bf we established that Swift is the original one since Ekko was released back in 2015 way after AL. Now to the important question: who was the pl fan who worked (or still works idk) for Riot back then? 👀) 

Before you complain: YEs, it’s them again and YES this concept makes no sense, are we surprised?

I hope not by this point but to my defense I can say that there’s barely any art about them so FORGIVE ME, alright?

But yeah, talking more seriously I love these kind of outfits and I wished I owned them but I don’t have the 💰 *sigh*

Is there any character that you would like to see with a particular outfit?

I’ll only say I’m planning to do an harajuku style Aurora when I have time but I still have to find the 👌perfect👌 references for it
