Yesterday I realized that it’s fucked up how girls are expected to explore their sexuality and sleep/make out with other girls as long as they go back to liking boys eventually like they are allowed to be bi or heteroflexible or just experiencing but they cannot, god forbid, be just gay. 

But boys, the second that they experiment with other boys, are labelled as gay. They cannot come back to liking girls, or preferring girls over boys, because they don’t have this freedom to explore their sexuality as they please. They cannot possibly be bi either, that’s not even an option for them. 

How fucked up is that? it’s not that I didn’t already kinda know, I just never put it into words like that. No matter what people do in our society, it always comes back to men.
