Mindful Movement Script
Here is a simple script you can use for yourself as you do a mindful movement. Just take 1 minute to relax, but also challenge yourself (see videos for example).
As you start, notice your breathing.
Where do the sensations in your body begin and where do they end? Simply notice them.
Approach any thoughts that come to mind with curiosity.
Make note of your emotions too. Ask: Should I be afraid of this emotional experience I have created?
Take an easy breath…and relax.
