"Page 2 & 3 of Daily Drawing (4/16-17/16)" Well, it's been awhile since I posted anything. What was originally suppose to be a 2 week drawing improvement turned into about 2 months of collecting drawing books, online classes, etc, and moving for a job & school not too long ago. I really enjoyed the process of learning and improving my drawing skills and have several pages to share and still going. I almost didn't want to share pages from my sketchbook, too, but realized "I Do". I will share the books and online classes that I started with since at the time, there were no in-person classes.

Ninja B: (labeling my ninjas by letters) Just did a simple background that surprisingly took me a while to decide on colors. I just finished recording my coloring process and tried to practice highlighting light from behind, but it's something that I want to practice more. I practiced gestures in my sketchbook then did more on Photoshop for my next character which will be a ninja. Happened to stumble across "Draw Comics the Marvel Way" when I was looking for character design books. The figure section has really helped me with constructing the body, so this book is definitely becoming a favorite. For this character, I was mainly inspired by summer (ready for summer break 😶). These past few weeks have been busy. I am working on a webcomic that I actually already posted on Webtoons & Tapastic to get me drawing more. However, I really didn't like how badly drawn/messy it was and realized I wanted to give it more of a storyline (it did get me to post even though I'm shy about sharing stories). So here is my 1st redrawn character, Leah for "What You Don't Know". It's going through a complete overhaul, but I'll leave the 1st two episodes up (because they are connected). Since I haven't redrawn any of my pictures from last year, I made myself do it today. I took a pic that I did in Medibang Paint Pro and drew the newer version there instead of Photoshop.
