ahhhh i see. it's been a bit since i went digging in the css of it so my memory is a little fuzzy on the specifics but you could actually probably fix this yourself! if you go into the code and find something like "tags; warnings" or something along those lines, thats the code for the appearance of the tags (the warnings specifically in this example). then just change "background" or "background-color" to "none" and you should be good to go!

if you want to, you can also test the hex codes. those are the little codes with a # and a bunch of letters and numbers after. you can plug em into a color picker and see what they come out too, then match them to what you see on the website. a bit of a long way to go about it but it can make it easier to find which lines to code to edit if you arent used to reading css (dont be worry, i used this method too ;w;)
