Will you guys relate if I rant right now?

Idek how to give this a start but you know when something really small occurs in your surroundings/with you and it somehow triggers you and you burst into tears. People will say," oh you're so weak for crying on such a silly thing" and you'll think,'am I really this weak?'.

But it's not you, it's what all you've been through in the past, all those intense moments where you suppressed your cries and emotions and it all starting bottling up and then one day even the littlest of things like someone asking 'are you okay?' Or getting hugged will trigger you and it's like that bottle finally starts getting empty as you pour it out, maybe even in front of those people whom you never thought you will.
