This might be the best three sentence description of depression I have ever seen. If you haven’t read Allie Brosh’s comic on depression (Part 1, Part 2), go now. When I first read them, it was one of those rare moments where I saw something on depression and went, “This. This is describing me. This is describing my experience. Damn.”
And when you are done with that, go read the rest of her comics. It’ll be worth the stomach ache from laughing too hard :-)
