Let me re-share the gospel again with you, just incase you haven't heard. ☆ God created man to control and rule the earth and to have someone to talk to, like a friend, a child. ☆ Man sinned when he disobeyed God. Sin separated man from God, and we lost our divine nature, the image and likeness of God we were created in. ☆ God did not like that. So He started by sending and appointing prophets and priests, particular people to get through to men, giving them instructions on how to live morally upright. ☆ None of those laws could make man Holy again and God did not like the idea of that because He could not have a relationship with every man as He wanted to. Also, He wanted us to regain our Divine nature, the nature we were created in. ☆ He sent His Son Jesus to die for us. The blood of Jesus cleansed away the sinful nature, and made us newborns in the nature of God, giving us a whole new identity. ☆ We don't have to pay any other price or do anything to be saved, even our works of perfection cannot save us. ☆ All we have to do is to 🌟BELIEVE🌟 and walk according to the leading of the Spirit, working out our salvation by staying yielded to God❗ Now you know the truth, accept Jesus today😁. He loves you and has been waiting for you🥰 All you have to do is to say to God: "Today I do. I choose to follow You. I believe You died for me. Today, I walk into the eternal life you have for me. In a constant hustle to achieve the age goals we set for ourselves, we begin to tie our worth to our capability to achieve those goals, and many times, we forget the major factor that play the biggest role in our achieving those goals, God. 𝑺𝑾𝑰𝑷𝑬➡️ Many times, when we speak of patience, we buttress on the act of waiting on something or waiting for someone. We measure our patience by how long we can wait for a thing or person. We barely even talk about being patient with God as He works things out for our favour in His own time. Reading about the fruits of the Holy Spirit from AMP version (Galatians 5.22-23) shed a different light on patience as the fruit of the Spirit for me, ...patience (not just the ability to wait, but 𝑯𝑶𝑾 𝑾𝑬 𝑨𝑪𝑻 𝑾𝑯𝑰𝑳𝑬 𝑾𝑨𝑰𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮). It did get me thinking, and I ended up questioning my attitude in the waiting. While being patient with people, things and God, what kind of attitude do I put up? Am I having an attitude of gratitude, trust, and faith in what I'm hoping for? Or am I nagging, complaining, and comparing? Am I really being hopeful for a positive outcome? Or am I saying one thing with my mouth but my heart is saying the direct opposite? While I'm expecting something from God, am I being positive about the outcome? Trusting fully and having faith without doubts? Am I complaining, insulting and challenging God? Or am I being still and trusting whatever process He's taking me through? This is a word for the new week. What do you intend being patient with in the new week? God is not obliged to fund plans He wasn't a part of. He is not obliged to give victory in battles He didn't plan. He might only do that because He is a merciful God. When you move outside the will of God for your life, you become susceptible to attacks from the enemy; emotional, psychological, financial battles that weren't meant to be there. If you're facing a hard time now, in any area of your life; business, career, relationships, academics or family, take a step back. I have a long caption in mind, but all I can do is cry now😭😭. _______________________________ So I finally listened my first video from #pastormiketodd on Realtionship Goals Reloaded #wearetransformationchurch and it got me in tears for 2 hours😭. It spoke to every area of my life and showed me the answer to one big question I had for God and me all along😭. We make so many mistakes in life that could be avoided because we do not read our Manufacturer's manual, The Bible. We make hasty decisions and engage in people and relationships and careers and plans that aren't part of God's plan. We get frustrated when we ain't seeing positive outcomes, but truth is, God is not obligated to bless anything He isn't a part of.
