okay this is something I think no one has asked (as far as I know!) but, okay. how old are your Simon and Betty? I mean, lots of people theorize them to have at least certain gap because Simon seemed to be older in context; but your Simon and Betty (wizard betty) looks pretty much the same age. Same white hair and all. Maybe he seems to be a little bit older than her given the marks on his eyes. But well, that's it. How old are them to you?

wizardbetty actually got the white hair streaks early because of the stress from living in the apocalypse and losing her simon, but eventually stopped aging due to her wizard status. (i also like to think she would "grey" faster)

my betty is about 8 years Simon's junior? though their ages aren't aligned because the apocalypse betty is living in has been going on for a decade or so. although, in one of my actual style's drawing of wizardbetty you can see she does have some wrinkles.

so Betty basically said 4b0rt10n wasn't of the table. but Simon doesn't give me the vibes of someone who would do it. He is not that strong for it, he would feel really guilty after.

yeah, simon probably wouldn't abort any kiddo if he could help it, the only reason he'd do it is for health problems(not morri, never morri though), or a non viable fetus. I see simon as the one whos actually okay with only having 1 or 2 kids, but father's gonna father, and if he has more he has more. betty gives the vibes of wanting a big family of the two, tons of mini simons and (betties) scampering around as proof of their love.

anyways, simon also feels like (because at the time of him getting pregnant with ophelia he thought he was aging normally again) if the little guy was so determined to exist despite everything then why should he stop it? plus he would like to have a child with his wife, it was just very spooky for him at the time because conceiving another baby was the absolute last thing he was prepared for, and he was worried he wouldn't live long enough to see his kids grow up.

Simon gives vibes to be the son of a Latina or at least half Latina mom that migrated to usand married Russian descendant, neither introduced him properly to either culture and both most have been more interested on him getting A's and that shit; but Simon wasn't the kid to just do what he was asked for, he was a curious being so he would always extend on hus opinion on exams and would get B or C by that and his father would go mad, so they had a bad relationship and that's why he got along with his mother better even when they have some disagreements--> religion. she was a hard believer and he was always questioning the world.

not entirely the vibes i have for my simons parents but i wanted to answer this because i find the ask too fascinating to leave rotting in my inbox and id like others to see it

i dont have a whole lot in mind for my Simon's parents, mostly only camila. heres my notes about more domestic stuff and upbringing

simon is an only child

undiagnosed autism

father is socially distant + very busy, rarely home (russian descendant, culturally american in all but surname)

mother was born in mexico and is bilingual. the family simon interacted with was on his fathers side

simon can understand and read/write spanish but can't speak it very well/self conscious of his pronounciation, he is not fluent. most was picked up from observation of his mother

simon was an adventurous child but struggled socially, like a completely different kid in social situations

he played a lot by himself, but mostly lived with his nose stuck in books

read a lot of fantasy (loved the tale of the sword in the stone + that universe as a kid) and history

very picky child, refused to eat a lot of foods, hated strong scents much to his mother's dismay

smart. So Smart

bullied. So Much

simons mother does not understand his interests but supports them

camila is a mostly passive woman but divorced Simon's father. she grew more assertive after the divorce.

camila was well intentioned but put a lot of focus on how simon appeared to others in the hopes of helping him, it was her main method of persuasion to get him to behave

simon and the lich are, mentally and physically, one entity, but yes! lichtrikov has paternal feelings for the little creature and dutifully takes care of her needs, even if he refuses to admit he loves her. he uses the knowledge of human children he had as simon to make sure she is enriched and developing well, but selaphiel prefers to remain strapped to her father and sleep- she has a lot of growing to do, and a lot of power to amass.

lichtrikov feeds her the liquid from his well of power and is rather intrigued to see how enthusiastic she is to drink from her bottle. he clothes her when she isn't wrapped in her ribbons and thinks she looks nice in her onesie. she is an obstacle, a punishment, and he feels the restriction, but lichtrikov also feels a distinct... lack of hatred when she snuggles her tiny head into his chest.

This might be a weird question, but I'm curious lol Does Candy Simon deliver the babies normally? Or bc he's a candy man, is there a different way he does it, since candy people aren't really made for reproduction?

yes he does! candy simon essentially has a uterus (no ovaries) and cervix + basically a vagina. the process of labor is much the same for him, with contractions to get the baby out. it doesn't look like human parts necessarily, since the literal only function those parts have is to house the jellybean, grow it into a baby, and get it out, and it was all made by candy witch using her elemental powers. i think it's very simplistic.

simon's mother would have adored morri! i'm assuming you mean like. a normal. not golbaby morri. because if u meant a golbaby morri that whole situation would be actually hilarious

anyways, camila is a very good abuela and would spoil morrigan (and any other grandkids) absolutely rotten, she would be like the only person to be like "you look like your papa" to them. lots of treats and handmade scarves, mittens, hats especially for lil' morri.

What would deity Simon look like?

using this for the simon returns timeline's astral projection/actual form reveal. simon only looks like this when he's out of his physical body, otherwise he just looks like normal old simon. but essentially this is what happens when he falls asleep.

he can project himself into other people's heads if he wants to be seen by people who normally can't, which makes them look like theyre talking to nothing. when he feels older, or more melancholic, he looks more old, and when he gets upset the sharp teeth come in.

he can consciously choose how he looks to people but his emotions affect the presentation greatly if he's having a rough time. he's basically pure energy.

I'm sorry if I've missed/misunderstood something, but why does Relle and Oberon look so different from all the other Golbabies? Selaphiel gets a pass for her "Be Not Afraidness" since she's a lichtrikov Golbaby, so she doesn't really count in this.

But if we're going off Morri as the 'Template' for Golbabies so to speak, then Melinoe and Melopia are pretty normal, though we haven't seen Axom so maybe being more other worldly is the norm with them.

morri is not like the other golbabies in one key way: they are a fragment of GOLBetty's power. A piece of her in a very literal sense.

if the other golbchildren had been conceived the same, with a fully human simon, they would look a lot more like morrigan, but in the sense that they would take more after simon physically. i'm assuming the main part of the question is probably, "why is oberon a centaur? why is relle a fish? why are relle and melinoe BLUE?" now while the kids past oberon do not have 100% finalized designs, there are three reasons for why they do look so different.

1.) as morrigan has demonstrated, they could in a way control how they developed in the womb. morri actively changed their development pattern to resemble simon's human form as a child- this isn't just them turning from a bean into a person. bringing back this pic

oberon is also white, purple and red because she has albinism.

2.) simon, when he conceives oberon (and perhaps the others) is not a human. it wasn't intentional, but when simon was revived he was not brought back the same. the human body is more like a shell, an exterior that he was put into. it is his actual human body! but there is more going on beneath the surface, his entity form can only come out as a projection (leaving his physical body behind, asleep). also he's blue.

thus, they're conceived between two entities rather than GOLBetty and human simon. simon is kinda weird also, where he is sort of able to pass on both his deity set and human body set of genes to a degree.

3.) the energies conceiving relle and oberon were particularly extremely positive, and relle and oberon are almost strictly benevolent deities where the other kids are neutral. its design choice sorta.

oberon is a lesser deity of memory, wisdom (not intelligence) and mental well being, and relle is a lesser deity of tranquility and healing. GOLBetty's bright reds don't exactly evoke those vibes to me, especially for relle. but i still wanted them to look distinctly nonhuman and ethereal.

Have we seen Simon or Betty wear Morri or any of the other kids in a baby wrap before? Like how people will wear the baby on their chest or back. Can we see, idk, any Simon and or Betty of your choosing with any of the kids in a baby wrap? Or whatever they would use to carry the kid around?

nope, though there's a reason for morrigan- morri hates being swaddled, especially morris that were sealed. they get fussy until they're let out. but ophelia on the other hand LOVES being swaddled (she is so eepy) so heres some wizardbetty au ophelias being worn in a wrap

What does GOLBabies do? I don't think that never asked thus but... do they eat? do they sleep? do they have basic human necessities???? I don't think we have seen Morrie eat ever (not sure tho)

going back to breastfeeding, since Simon's ATBG are not specified and is up to the viewer, would a tran ssimon breastfed morri? like, for example, in the apocalypse world where he was just with wizard betty? maybe in a case they couldn't found food or milk for morrie

in order of questions asked:

basic human necessities- depends on the individual. selaphiel, for example, feeds off energy instead of food, and does not have a digestive system, and so would relle and oberon. they need energy to grow, but once they are fully grown they don't need it to survive. selaphiel uses her ribbons to siphon it from others, relle passively filters energy from her surroundings, and oberon eats emotions. all golbkids sleep as children but lose the need to as adults.

morri and the twins are born humanoid, and do have a form of digestive system, but essentially they can eat and get nutrition out of quite literally anything. foods, poisons, inedibles like metal or glass- their body WILL absorb everything. as a baby morri also had the ability to siphon life energy in mass quantities from the world around them.

sphinx simon litter- mostly same thing. oberon, axon (crunchy marshmallow) and relle do not show hunger, but selaphiel doesn't have her ribbons yet and is food motivated like morri, melopia and melinoe. they are actually able to digest soft foods pretty early in theory because they are part harpy, but are fed kitten formula (and they eat a LOT of it). in a few months theyre also able to eat non food items as well.

the kittens aren't born at the same level of power as they are in vanilla because simon isn't magical and it would be extremely difficult for him to nourish them enough for that inside him, especially that many.

and as for a trans simon feeding morri- it's more of an age and simon thing than it is a trans simon thing. it wasn't that he chose not to feed morri, it was that he couldn't. he never produced anything, not as a cis or trans individual. some people can't and he was one of em. also, betty and simon didnt know this but morri technically couldve eaten anything.

NAWWWWRR Sphinx Simon has damn big belly. Does he can still move normally? when my cat had her litter (5) she barely got up the last month, her belly was big and she was exhausted. But this belly also looks difficult to carry, wow.

he can move in that. he is waddling. bumbling, even. and bumping into everything because he's not used to being so big/wide. and he's slow and awkward in pretty much everything he does. he's always been a little extra clumsy because he's got a big sphinx body, not a normal man body.

but since he doesn't have a set place to call home anymore (he's taken up room in an inn in a town temporarily) and he has to be out and about AND he has no whiskers to give him an idea of width he'll be knocking into things all the time. which is very embarassing for him

he's also having a rough time sitting and laying, he's long and not many surfaces are big enough for him to stretch out on, and he sort of is too fulla babies to really curl up. which leaves loafing, which makes him look absolutely ridiculous, cause it's like when you squish a ball. and he's very tired, achey and sore, so he rests a LOT, but even more than that he's trying to nourish 7 little god kittens on top of himself so he's absolutely fucking ravenous like, 24/7.

nope, it's the same as regular wizardbetty au but vanilla simon dropped in a thousand years later, finn and bubblegum are alive for sure- with vampires running rampant during the night (no marcy hunter) the human population is super tiny. finn is an individual vampire with no running loyalty to the King, and PB runs a safe haven for those looking for shelter from vamps, providing medical care and necessities as well as housing. it's not really a candy kingdom since so many folks are of different species.

biggest golbaby overall is oberon(ophelia) due to the fact shes a taur, two torsos, six limbs AND wings. as a humanoid she's average across the board, her extra half is the only reason she's bigger. she is lighter though, bones are hollow

biggest morri golbaby goes to spicy wizardbettys morri, mostly because simon was eating and resting more, and spicy wizardbetty was making sure he had plenty to eat (morri was taking most of the nutrients and instead converting it to power) though they are only bigger by a few ounces.

this morri also gets biggest morri medal in general, non-golbaby iterations of morri run more along 9 pounds at birth than 12.

also for funsies, smallest golbaby morri is creaturewizards (though regular wizardbettys is the smallest humanoid)

For any Simon that was near a Betty that may have had his hotdog vanish into thin air over night, did he say anything to Betty about his junk changing? How did she react?

If he didn’t tell her then would he have mentioned it later that he used to have different anatomy? For a Simon who may be trans I would think they would have a bond over that but a Simon who used to have a penis might feel a little different about his body than a born trans Simon.

I’m just curious how this kinda thing impacted their relationship.

im vaguely mentioning the noodle so putting it under the cut (ha) also the reminder that cis simon is once again up to viewer interpretation, he can be cis or trans I don't mind either and neither is canon

most simons would say something, yes, in a sort of disbelieving, "how tf did this happen" way. wizardbetty simon wouldn't say anything, for fear it was innapropriate to their relationship at the time, but he would be very put off and disturbed. (side note, wizardbetty wouldn't think too much at first, since her simon was trans)

and, uh, i think most if not all betties would think it was some sort of a joke at first, and then she sees that he is absolutely not joking, and actually pretty upset. (though that would explain how the baby was gonna get out, and the fact a cis simon would be pregnant at all would be another reason for her to be like Oh. Okay.) betties try to comfort simon and aren't the greatest at it. how do you make a man feel better about a missing wangdoodle. magically missing. actually gone. best shes got is snuggles.

i don't think it'd impact the relationship that much tbh, simons and betties are sorta obsessed w each other, they'll figure it out. although it'd make for a sort of "huh." moment early on every time it comes up
