He has a fierce anger streak that is often brought about by righteous indignation. The priest had insulted his dead brother and had twisted his brother’s religious experiences, claiming that his visions were the exact opposite of holy, and instead of the devil.

Louis was still grieving his brother’s loss terribly and after his death had come to believe he had done his brother grievous harm by dismissing his visions. Then this priest comes along and practically pronounces his brother is in Hell where he belongs. Louis saw red, and even in his drained state, was overcome with anger on his brother’s behalf.

I think too, that Louis wasn’t just beating the priest in that scene, but was attacking the part of himself that he saw in the priest’s hypocrisy. He had rejected his brother, and hated himself for it, and the priest was a physical manifestation of that rejection.

This entire costume was an absolute trash-fire pain to put together, which seems fitting for the character overall.

I chose to make the costume specifically because it seemed a fun challenge and is in my opinion one of the more aesthetically pleasing outfits on the show.

😱😱😱 What could it mean??? Everyone's assuming it has to do with the Premiere next week in NYC, because they also announced the winner of the contest today (that person got emailed, not DMed through Twitter like this). But I didn't even enter that contest! I didn't think I'd be able to swing a trip on such short notice. But if that's what it is omg I'm buying a plane ticket immediately!

My guess is they reached out to fans who follow their twitter account. Maybe just ones with larger followings of their own? I know of two other people who got the same DM. But were there more?? Did anyone else get this message??

I'm definitely not holding my breath that it's an invite to the NY premiere, but you better believe I'll be refreshing my inbox constantly until I get their email and find out what this is actually all about 🤩

They emailed me last year, asking about using clips from my videos on Season 1 in their binge watching campaign. I signed a contract, but never heard anything about that after. The other two people I know of who got the message are also content creators, so maybe it's something similar??
