just remembered an old doodle i made of ruk back when i was watching tos

so i went through a huge dream daddy phase a few months back and got REALLY mad about how the sprites look so i made. rough edits. which i recently found again on my computer.

on all of them i made the legs thicker (except for damien, who i made more ~waifish~) because the original designs are just so fucking top heavy. ultimate dorito proportions. suburb full of captain america wannabees.

the main edits i remember making are

i made robert's gut thicker (if you look at the original sprite there's a huge gap between the jacket and where his actual stomach is, so i filled it)

i made damien's chin and jaw less square (most of them have the exact same jaw shape so i wanted to diversify) and i gave him a mole

i made joseph's sweater a different shade of blue (in canon it's either meant to be robert's old sweater or joseph used to lend him his sweater so i made it less electric blue to suit robert's skintone better)

i roughed out a different outfit for mat (i think he should have a work uniform! he wears too many bracelets and his hair's not tied back enough in his og sprite) and made his lips and palms lighter

i gave hugo a beard and a thicker gut (his original sprite has a really baggy vest for some reason?)

i shaved brian a bit so he has sideburns and i made him fatter

brian's sprite i remember took the longest because i didn't just take his regular sprite and make him fatter. i edited his shirtless sprite and then edited clothes over him

which was REALLY difficult because his shirtless sprite's og pose has him with his hands on his hips so i made him new arms. he now looks like that guy from tf2

I finally got a computer so I can post this now!!! The entire poster is a reference to that Nightcrawler and Wolverine comic cover. I drew it in like one? Two weeks? So I'm VERY proud of what I managed to make in such a short amount of time. I made it for a contest :]

I have painted five paintings over the course of this Corona virus, none of which I have finished. I have lost excluded one of the pieces from this lineup.

The third painting specifically was me attempting to paint a screenshot from a tiktok I watched where someone was trying to use one of the filters to make it look like they were smoking a marker, but I can't find the tiktok.

I've been working on a painting that's not ready yet for the past few weeks, so here's some doodles to make up for my inactivity!

Pompadours!

I wanted to draw something gay and accidently drew Shaggy from Scooby Doo

The one on the left looks remarkably like Shaggy from Scooby Doo: he has bags under his eyes, a shaggy haircut, and is wearing a tshirt. He has a goofy smile on his face and three hearts are flying away from him. He is blushing and looking slightly to the left of the viewer. Oh no he's hot
