Dear Blaine Anderson. The persona you were building at Dalton was not just a mask. Leaving your public school after your attack was one of the bravest and most healthiest things for you. You did not run. You are not a coward. You left a toxic environment and went somewhere you could strive to be your best and heal. The fact that you took a boy to Sadie Hawkins tells me you were a pretty brave, confident, fella to begin with. They tried to break you for it. They tried to break that in you. There was no need to prove anything to anyone by staying in that environment.
