You will skip a workout because you’re tired.
You will feel down because you haven’t reached your goal yet.
It’s okay not to be okay.
When you fall down, you will learn to get back up.
You ate too many cookies? Adjust and eat healthier meals after.
You skipped a workout? Rest and go tomorrow.
You haven’t reached your goal yet? Neither do I and I have been doing this for years.
Don’t quit. Focus on the journey, not the destination.

It's My Turn
My goal in the next year is to work hard on my body. I want to post photos on Facebook so people from my old town who called me fat and made me feel worthless will see me looking hot as fuck and hope they regret ever thinking I'd never get anywhere. It's time to take a turn. 💪🏽🔥
