Ma (2018)

I took this portrait of my grandmother outside of her long time residence before she moved out. I'd known this house for as long as I'd known her, so it was an emotional moment for me as well. Some of my earliest familial memories were created in that house. I wanted to capture the moment, and make a beautiful portrait of my grandma who I and everyone else called 'Ma'.
