A long, long time ago in middle school, we had a project that required us to write and illustrate a children's story. I made mine about a misfit dragon who struggles to find friends until he meets a unicorn and they become besties.

Except...everybody thought they were gay. 😅😆

So here's my little dragon and unicorn, it seemed fitting to revisit a work I did...like 23 years ago lolol.

Day 10: Afternoon Tea

Day 9: Pygmy Hippo

Since Moo Deng means "Bouncy Pork" in Thai, I thought of her sitting in one of my favorite Thai dishes, Pad Krapao Moo!

Day 8: Cosmos

I wanted to draw a celestial snake based on Ananta or Shesha for a long time. I just think a many-headed star cobra is amazing. This also set me back a few days, it was A LOT of stipling.
