AAAA, y'all are too nice seriously. I can't say it enough, I'm glad y'all like this storyline so much, especially since I didn't expect this to go past the initial designs when I posted them jytgjgtyyjgg, speaking of,

Technically, I did make screenshot redraws for Big Reveal way back when, but uh, that was before the redesign, which means it's noncanonical now and and it's time to update!

He continued to enjoy his morning, looking at some old photos from his P.O.I.N.T. days, feeling a weight off his chest, it felt nice getting to tell his son about the wonderful woman his mother had been, and to see the amazement it brought him, it all went better than he could've ever hoped. Who knows, maybe K.O. would even give those supervillains an extra strong whooping just for her.

That is, until he heard K.O. screaming, good cob there's not much of a better way to bring a dad directly to your location to destroy you than hurting his sweet baby boy like that.

He burst through the ceiling, slamming Epictia to the ground.

"No one's ruining my son's miss-" he stopped as she lifts her arms to block his strike. "How dare you! Those cuffs belonged to Silverspark!"

He grabbed her wrists to yank them off as K.O. interrupted. "Daddy wait! That IS Silverspark."

He looked back at K.O. "What are you talking about pumpkin?" He looks back at her "This is professooorrrrr..." it seems to click in his brain, the bleach blond streak, the heart shaped face.

"Caroline?"

She grins, laughing, "How've you been, pretty boy?"

"You're- you're back-!"

She pulls a vial from her jacket, "I never left." slamming it against the catwalk a purple smokescreen erupts, causing Laser and K.O. to start coughing.

"You- that witch!" He yelled, before K.O. pointed beneath the catwalk

"Daddy, down there"

"Oh no, you don't you- you deadbeat!" He tackled her to the ground again.

"Where were you?! Did you think it'd be funny to run away from us all these years?!"

Epictia cackles, slithering out of his grip, evading his hits and jabbing the end of her tail into his side.

"I thought you were destroyed! Or shrunk or teleported or-!" He grunted. "Have you been here this whole dang time?! Did you even think about us once?!" She doesn't answer, only laughing further, enjoying watching his attacks become less cordinated.

Until he managed to grab her sweater.

"Enough!

"Answer me! Or this time you really will be destroyed!"

"Fine... but you're not gonna like the truth any more than this, pretty boy."

"Ugh." He shoved her back and onto the ground

(Jumping a lot here since Epictia's backstory could and probably should have its own post)

"How dare you ask something that stupid after everything you did! Do you really think we want anything to do with you after-!" he paused, small purple sparks unyeilding until he noticed K.O. walk forward. "What are you doing?!"

"She's the worst evil I've ever fought, but- if she really is my mom, than that means there's some of her in me. And maybe learning from her about that part of me will help me learn about TKO too, I, I think I need to do this."

"Kaio-"

"So can I go, Daddy? Please, please, please?"

He rubbed his arm. "Uh...well-...alright pumpkin. I'll support you."

(After the whole, it's tuesday thing)

"Hey, you okay, K.O.?"

"Yknow, I really never expected to have- villain blood in me..."

"Aw, kiddo... it's not silly things like that that make you good or bad." He reached across his lap and poked his chest. "It's about the choices you make in here." K.O. smiled, "Well, I chose to be a hero!"

"That's my boy." He gave a small smile back, and silence fell between them for a moment.

"...Dad?"

"Yeah?"

"Are you okay?" Laser smiled again, rubbing his arm. "...I will be. Because I've got an incredible hero in my corner." He fluffed K.O.'s hair. "And y'know what heroes get?" K.O.'s eyes lit up.

"Ooh, ooh, what do they get?"

"Ice cream at Weiner Kabob!"

Hello, me again. This time for your Actor AU, what was it like for the couple to realize that they both got casted in the same show, and these roles in particular.

I can see Jonh as a semi-well known actor who got Mr. Boxx role. Meanwhile his partner, despite his appearance, was just a supportive guy who wanted to see the acting process at the studio and ask John if he could tag along.

While being there to support Boxxer, around the same time whoever originally was gonna play Laserblast quits or is a no show. Desperate for a new Lazer, this turned into a blessing I disguise when they found the myth himself. To the director, he looked too good to be true. But after getting to know him a bit and have him say a few lines. He ended up getting the role of Lazerblast.

(Do with my made up story as you will, I just wanna see how this couple works as actors in these roles pretending they don't like eachother.)

I do like this idea, however, not exactly what I'd had in mind, but tbf that all has to do with- why I made the au designs in the first place

Laser started out acting as a teen. He was much shrimpier, very young, pretty boy, young, Zach Efron, typa thing. The kind of actor that was probably a lot of people's teen crush way back when. He wasn't in as much as he got older and mostly continued acting as a 'projects I find fun first' job (like Nick Cage basically) , which is when he got his role as Laser. He really enjoyed it, especially since he didn't have to do things like wear flippers over his tooth gap, and despite not having kids of his own, he clicked really well with the bodega trio's actors. He and John met on set, John's acting career being more irregular/small roles normally, and they bonded over the years the show was airing, getting married before filming of season 3 started. (Kind of inspired by how Spiderman's actor almost always ends up dating the MJ actor)

But anyway, here's the- entire reason I made these designs haha (I couldn't break it all into drawings so be sure to read the text in between for context)

He grumbles about how audience manners keep dropping year to year

Dynamite Watkins: Oh my, seems like our audience is raring to go! Why don't we just jump into our Q and A section?

"Yeah. Sure."

The first questions are innocent enough, whether or not he likes fingerless gloves normally (he doesn't mind them, but he prefers not to wear them off set as his hands get sweaty), what his relationship is like with K.O. off set, etc. Until someone asks him to clarify his name as they want to know what other work he's been in. In the middle of him answering, someone else jumps in to ask if he enjoys being referred to as Laserblast by fans.

He seems visibly more annoyed the more this happens. Always being cut off by an audience member. The last question was the same person from before, awkwardly asking for clarification again, this time, the B roll footage they'd prepped began blasting from the sound systems, much louder than he can manage to yell over them

Finally, after they get it mostly fixed, and the credits are rolling, Dynamite accidentally calls him Laser, and he loses it, standing up and accidentally blocking his own name, the entire time it's on screen.

"...I uh- I don't think we're gonna be able to air this one, Cam..."

(Yes, I created these entire designs and stuff just for a joke about Laser not having a real name again. I like this bit that much wheeze)

Behold, my boy

Azrael, Reincarnation of the God of Wisdom, a half kelpie changeling.

He's a ranger gunslinger, (aka a cowboy)

He has two revolvers, Expie and Cassie (Experience and Application, two vital parts of wisdom) and can take the form of a majestic white mare to help hunt prey, as well as an elegant and etheral woman.

He is the only character in the campaign with a southern accent and mannerisms, making him stick out like an even sorer thumb.

So we stopped at our local joanns before it closed and they had an apron to sign, so me being me I drew a little Venomous, and the employee was like "please sign a lot because we're gonna cut it up and I have more to bring out"

So on our way out, I added

So uh

If you guys see less ok ko content suddenly and more- original art. Know it's because uh, I'm currently rewriting a dnd campaign I never got to finish with my friends ^^

It was my first time dm-ing and was basically fancy discord roleplay so this time around I'm trying to have everything set out more professionally.

Don't get me wrong, I will still be posting okko stuff plenty, promise, but this storyline is one of my favorites, as it's about a group of people learning they're the reincarnation of the real gods, and having to overthrow the one who killed their previous selves.

What really makes me love the younger version of the og P.O.I.N.T members in Ok Ko is how ridiculous their recruitment process was for the Jr Members. Laserblast. Foxtail. Greyman

Looking at Foxtail specifically. She saw a guy at wrestling match who was ridiculously nervous and went "ah fuck yeah that guy is cool! Look at that shit- that was legitness!" And dragged El Bow onto the team. Genuinely so enthusiastic and her presence is overpowering. She feels like that meme of extroverts adopting introverts.

Laserblast might have mentioned how useful Rippy Roo's powerset would be and how she would be a valuable asset but honestly I don't think that factored in as much as "I befriended a cute Kangaroo! She's joining the team because I like her"

Greyman has more serious reasons for why he chose Silver Spark mainly her good grades and her showing her dedication but he's such an eccentric dork about it!

They were all freaking nerds- They basically had the attitude of "i thought it was cool so I added it!" And applied to creating a superhero team

they are all goobers. They are goobers with their own theme song and that's why they are great.

I like to think shadowy is just laserblast cranked up a notch. Like he’s immature sensitive and just stupid (I mean that in the best way) he was literally going to take over the world because he wants to be stronger. venomous seems pretty content where he his (with his whole little speech about how “you don’t need power to have power”) I’m sure he has the thought in the back of his mind about wanting powers of course (which I’m sure is what shadowy represents) shadowy is hellbent on getting TKO out because he wants his power back like laserblast was hellbent on getting his power back with experimentation with chemicals or whatever. Shadowy is just the bit of laserblast inside of venomous he thought he left behind once he became a rich and powerful supervillain. I also really like the thing with laserblast being in the sewers when he “left” point and shadowy always being seen in/near the sewers.

Idk maybe I’m dumb I just wanted to talk about shadowy.

Okay so, I was going to draw some- very fruity Laserblast art ngl, but this ask hit me enough I sat down, and opened my laptop to write a real response. I've also got the series on in the background. I started episode 1 when I began typing, and we'll see how far I am in the series before I finish typing it.

First of all, I love using au to refer to real life, honestly better than various timelines. And secondly

Absolutely. Every day of my life. Every time I draw one of the characters, or see fanart, or hear the VAs or- anything. Because- I'm insanely hyperfixated on this show. A disgusting amount, unhealthily. It's not normal lol.

And I do constantly think about what could have been, I mean, after all once again my favorite character is Laserblast of all things. Not Venomous, Laserblast. The version of that man that has like five minutes of screen time and no canon first name. So much so that when on the Saberspark Q&A when he came up in a question for quote "Me and the three other Laserblast fans" I cheered out loud, alone, in my apartment. I would have killed to not have to pull at removing his mask myself and Ian's one tweet calling him a himbo to show people characterization.

And honestly the wiki makes it all worse, in a loving way. What do you mean we were going to get multiple sitcom comfy style episodes where K.O. spends the weekend with his dad? I could've had more proof that Venomous isn't an abusive dad, just an unskilled and undisciplined one? I COULD'VE HAD AN EASIER TIME SEPERATING HIM AND SHADOWY TO OTHERS?!

And sure, I constantly wish that somehow someway I'll wake up and Ian will have announced the movie, the Hue Troop spin off, post finale storylines, the works.

But, on the other hand, here's why I'm grateful for what we did end up getting (this will probably be the longer section, sorrey)

tldwr (Too long don't wanna read): Cartoon Network is dead and pathetic and I don't wish that suffering upon this wonderful show.

So, something you guys can also notice from Ian's posts and the wiki, and just from what the cartoon industry is like in general, that getting what you want out of your series, storyline and representation wise and all that is actually pulling teeth.

For an example of later episodes, things like a seemingly Radmond episode getting changed to rad and mikayla. Or Voxman having to be pretty heavily censored (although I'm proud of the subtext they managed so heavily) which is partially because, and this isn't to take away from wlw rep and how hard it is to get on air, but is more difficult to get outright mlm representation simply because- it's harder to censor.

After all, it's much easier to pull a "they're just close friends!" Thing for two fem presenting characters, than it is for two masc ones. It sucks and they shouldn't have to be censored across different countries at all, but it's just- how it is.

Which is why, realistically, as cool as the movie centering around a voxman wedding would be incredible, I don't think it would've made it past S&P. Not to mention, even if it somehow did, It'd either suffer the fate of being a TV movie, getting limited as hell views, OR best worst case scenario, a box office release which would get hate bombed by people for it's- everything. Because people suck. I mean, even not counting homophobic people there's a disturbingly high chunk of this fandom that hates Voxman- because... *checks wiki* Oh yeah, "Evil people not being perfect good guys = bad representation"

Also, cartoon network was- already starting to die by now, with less funding each year in the first place. Meaning we don't know if it getting that funding was even an option as time went on. And the idea of getting a longer season three, with the reveal being drawn out another season like they wanted, and then potentially never getting closure on- any of it? That's horrible even to think about.

Sure, the entirety of season 3 was rushed as hell. And I cry about all the missing stuff we'll probably never get, because well there's not even a cartoon network building to make this stuff in anymore, I'm glad that we have a finished storyline and understanding of where arcs would've gone to fill in things ourselves. I mean, getting to look into and imagine all the things we didn't get to see is much more fun than theorizing on an unfinished story.

So, yeah, I do wish that somehow, someway, we will get more someday. I'm at least glad we got a finished storyline and an ending that, while rushed, is still one of my favorites. I love let's fight to the end so much, I love how much I hate shadowy figure, and I love that I can be here making content for you guys!

Well look at that, it only took me seven episodes to write this whole thing, and I get to end this rant knowing Raymond was on screen. That's cool.
