Governor Kiera
I'm hesitant about working out details for her lore yet since we know so little about MTAE. So far the premise of it is that Kiera is a former Duvos soldier/spy, stole the wrong thing from the wrong person leading to her hauling ass outta that country > Somehow ending up in the Governor position. Might be in for personal gain at first but you know how it goes with terrible characters and their redemption arcs :3c Also Idk how exactly tattoos work in this universe, if anyone has more infos on that hmu please. All I heard is that they're organic(?) and non-permanent.
