IF MIRACULOUS WASNT MADE FOR KIDS IT WOULD BE MUCH MORE POPULAR AND AN EVEN MORE ICONIC THAN IT ALREADY IS.

think about it: what if they could swear? when i tell you ladynoir would be funny as fuck, it would be FUNNY AS FUCK.

and obviously, if it was made for more mature audiences, the plot would be a hundred times better and would have more angst and development. this show has so much potential but it can never be unleashed because of the bad writing and the fact that it’s a kids show.

many more people would tune into the show because the idea is actually amazing; the thought of the same two people being in a love square is genius, and the backstories behind the miraculous and everything surrounding it is incredibly smart. i mean, why do you think so many people watch this actually stupid kids show?

because of the want for a reveal. because of the want for adrienette. because of the want for ladynoir. because of the want for many other ships. because of the want for so many damn things.

my point is: the plot fucking sucks and if it was not a kids show miraculous would be so much better. but the show is still good and the idea is brilliant so i guess we can suck it up.

I need these two to break up so they can get back together.

there are two things i’m confused about:

1. how chat noir/adrien was able to love ladybug that much

it was so incredible. maybe it’s just because a lot of men these days don’t live up to the standards created by none other than adrien agreste, but he was ready to risk his life for this girl. idk it’s just so unbelievable to me and he’s doing more than just the bare minimum. he also loved her so much that he was willing to wait for her, as long as it takes. AH it’s just so sweet.

2. how chat noir/adrien was able to move on from ladybug that quickly after being head over heels in love with her

okay so i mean, i can see why he might’ve been able to move on so fast because he fell in love with marinette instead, who is lb, so the feelings felt more or less the same so it wasn’t as rough of a transition. but still, it doesn’t make sense to me how someone who loved a girl that much could just move on to another within a snap. i mean, okay, i think part of this comes from the show and it’s writing, since the “adrien loving marinette” thing was sprung on us really randomly. so, it might feel more drastic and surprising then it should. but, still. my reaction still stands.
