I think 007n7 could have done so much for 1×, like he's not perfect but anything is better than Telamon

It's... Complicated actually, he's a physical form of obsession for her. Finding his lack of friendships and more messy background fascinating, doesn't help he looks stupid. Small and weak looking compared to the others and in turn she sees his physical weakness as 'cute', it's entirely obsession and doesn't care about his personality neither by the fact he doesn't reciprocate.

It's only when she finds out that... Guy... Is C00lkids dad...

Like, oh, the very man you always talk about? The man that cares about you? Like a son? That man over there?

Now that made her... Think... And in turn she feels uncomfortable around him, having this idea that he was a recluse, now shifting to a rogue gone domestic... All for the sake of love, it makes her feel uncomfortable... And only then when she distanced herself... Does he approach her instead...

And that makes her angry, because how dare he care.

7n himself is a mess... Especially when this killer suddenly enjoys toying with you, messing with you, laughing at you? It's humiliating, but he doesn't have the energy to care... He lets... Him... Do what he wants. So when 1x began to distance themselves, and now growing more frustrated when they meet eyes. 7n is confused? What happened? God forbid he sense hesitation, because what changed? God forbid he catch a glimpse of her fem form, because seeing a pretty face like hers... He's shocked so much rage in the masculine face that laughed at him could look so heartfelt when he gazed up at softer cheeks.

What does the very last panel say? I can just barely make it out

He regrets being so cruel to her and leaving her behind, a gun shot wound wouldn't hurt her this bad but it was shot directly through her eye so it definitely hurt. Nevertheless the cycle repeats and he has to see her again, unfortunately she doesn't reciprocate his affections, preferring to see him dead.

An additional detail too, 1x is masc presenting in that comic, Shed referring to him as 'her' is entirely based on the image he remembers her which is female of course. It's not supposed to be a big deal, she's a shape shifting and goes by both he/she/ pronouns, don't ever call her 'it" she'll definitely bite before barking.

Part 2. Of the 1x Lore

Removing her ability to fly freely was physical representation of the little care he has for the babe. Even worse she never learned how to fly, a careless act of pure malice and disdain. The only mercy he spared was ripping them off when they were still tender.

(1x goes by all pronouns but I choose to write her pronouns with the way she feels this isn't a gender thing but a perception thing.)

She is feared and taken seriously when she presents as masc which is why I will continue to draw her as such. And feels vulnerable when she presents femme. It goes back to her childhood, she was his daughter and as a daughter she feels sick in her body. Choosing to only take the form when she is alone... Feeling more confident in a body that is different, altered but different. He physical strength doesn't change, just her mass and presentation. But it feels much more comfortable. Hatred can be seen as multiple negative emotions that fester and bubble into a mess... Hatred can be loud and aggressive yelling, while hatred can be quiet, a sign of emotion as one cries from the feelings of betrayal and humiliation.

In the end she was a child born to a being that had no compassion in his eyes... In turn she hates herself... And wants to kill him for all the pain he's caused her... Seeing him presenting as a mortal after being Forsakened doesn't change any of her feelings about him, instead she feels even more bitter rage at seeing the look of pity in his eyes.

I could go on and on about my favs I just... Grrrr....
