Rogue did not drop Bolivar Trask off a building because of Henry Gyrich
Y'all seem to be forgetting that Rogue was a terrorist before she joined the X-Men. She was trained and "raised" by Mystique. She was a full-on member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
Rogue--without any influence from anyone--would kill Bolivar Trask after witnessing the horrific genocide of her people.
Rogue would doubly do so after seeing her two lovers murdered right in front of her face.
She is wholly capable of it and DEFINITELY had the motivation to do so.
And if you're going to excuse Rogue's actions as being under the influence of a psyche, what's Nightcrawler's excuse? What's Jean's excuse? What's Morph's excuse?
Because Rogue let him go, but they all let him fall.
“I condemn you. Yet my heart yearns towards you. I would go with you through the fires of death. Yet am happiest alone.”
