I wonder why Hikaru/'Hikaru' has that name. Hikaru's name uses the kanji "光" (light), while 'Hikaru's uses the katakana "ヒカル"
What meaning is there in the association with light and the "loss" of it?
I feel like it's foreshadowing for something.

I think about Rosespanner Meursault a lot
He isn't overworked because this is a workshop that overworks its employees, he's overworked because other employees are pushing their own jobs onto him, and he doesn't know how to say no.
That's perhaps his biggest problem in The Stranger. He can't say no to anyone- why should he? It's why unsavory types are drawn to him. He sits and listens to the old man who abuses his dog and so the old man likes him, and then he lets Raymond (the wooooorst) draw him into his bullshit and that's the only reason he has a gun on the beach at all. Limbus Meursault might be better at it at this point in the story (or maybe he isn't, and it's just that the contract with LCB is keeping us from seeing it) but he'll give everything he has to people who aren't worth it- because he doesn't care? Or because he doesn't recognize they're not worth it?
And I also think about Electric Screaming in conjunction with this, specifically the Awakening line.
Is he only able to set a boundary when resonating with the sheep that screams and tries to gore you when you take its power? Did he metaphorically let them plug those wires in to siphon the electricity, and only changed his mind when he realized nothing would be left of him? Does he even know who he is outside of what he can offer to others?

I presumed that his extreme people-pleasing may be because he's afraid of rejection, not being needed, being abandoned/hated by his peers etc because he feels detached from everything around him that he can't find a sense of belonging in any other ways/in healthy ways.
Disclaimer: I haven't read The Stranger yet, so this is not v in-depth, but I will (and I know this and that about it).

Romance Anime reviews uwu
Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san (3.5/10)
The main characters' romance (which I thought was interesting in the first episode) is overshadowed by the sheer amount of screentime the shitty side characters get.
I genuinely couldn't find myself enjoying more than 5 minutes from each episode, excluding the op and ed (which I really enjoy actually)
Otherwise, Nagatoro-san is hot garbage. I'll never touch it again unless I want to suffer through s2 but atm it's highly unlikely
Sasaki to Miyano (9/10)
I think it's the only BL I've seen in which the main characters genuinely give each other time to process each other's feelings and where each side allows the other time to think about whether they want to be in a relationship or not. It's a slow-burn and it's genuinely worth the time.
Many BLs are all about non-con and other weird shit and I'm personally sick of it, but Sasaki to Miyano pokes fun at it (the MC, Miya, is a fudanshi aka a guy who reads yaoi/BL and has a pretty impressive collection, even)
I recommend the dub. It's funnier than sub (and this is not an understatement, I laughed my ass off a few times.)

Tenshi no Tamago review - a look into the symbolism
The egg - While watching, I couldn't help but think of of this 'Demian' quote:
'The bird fights its way out of the egg. The egg is the world. Who would be born first must destroy a world. The bird flies to God.'
Towards the end of the movie, as anticipated, everything started to click: along with this, "breaking the egg" could mean maturing and accepting that as part of oneself. One may not want to break from the egg and mature, so others may take matters into their own hands...
Water - water seems to be commonly associated wirh the unconscious mind.
The bottles - To me, due to their sheer number, it suggested the idea infinite possibilities in the realm of the unconscious.
To add to that, "Tenshi no Tamago" means "Angel's Egg/Egg of the Angel" and angels are essentially a symbol of purity.
The colours - gloomy, cold and overall colour palette is dark, which helps set the 2 main characters apart from the background.
The fish - freedom. I mainly took this from what I understood from 'Iona' by Marin Sorescu. Whether it be how people yearn for a fake sense of freedom or "hunt down" people they think are free, I think this comparison fits but I may need more input on this.

Hello Charlotte Delirium thoughts
Is Anri always cold because she's ill? The meat-machine god thing mentioned that Anri was dying. I feel like it may be because the House rejects Anri or something like that.
Also, the question is: How do Charlotte and Anri meet in person as girlfriends?? Char doesn't leave the house and Anri can't enter on her own...so they most likely don't know each other from school. Does she live next door?
Who gives Charlotte homework? Neither school, nor Aiden. Or does she have online classes? Does Anri give her homework from school? I don't think Henry, Felix or Bennett would care enough about her education.
And. Fuck happened to Aiden??? Why is he not in Delirium at all? Did the tenants kill him?
