I didn’t make it out of my remote closed-minded hometown like I dreamt of when I was in high school but I’m 21 and a newlywed and the whole world still glows. The weather is always terrible but the fallow fields are full of wildflowers that smell of mint and nostalgia. The world may hate me for whatever silly reasons they have, but I never will again.

I cannot remember the artist who did the painting that I use as my cover photo, but it’s pretty much exactly how I imagine he’d look. Also I think he’d have green eyes and would absolutely radiate twink energy.
