In the application, if I include a portfolio link in the portfolio question, what should I put in the "sample" questions? The social media links to the art included in the portfolio? Thank you for making this zine!

Hello and thank you for your question!

A portfolio is here to show us mods the general range of your skillsets. The sample pieces are here so that you can highlight specific pieces you think present your skills the best and/or to show specific pieces that fit into the zine topic. For example you want to apply for a nsfw role, so you can show us a specific nsfw piece of yours, or you have a piece with a trans character, so you can point us towards this one in particular with one of your sample pieces.

It does not matter, where you host your pieces (twitter, tumblr, ao3 or google docs for example) as long as all links are accessible without logging in (that's why Instagram doesn't work).

Would you accept a duo team to apply for some of the slots?

I'm asking this with the comic artist slot in mind, with a writer and an artist working together rather than a single independent, but I guess extending it to the other roles as well if two people wanted to work together on one submission together besides the assignments between the fics and fic illustrations, could they?

Ohhh, that's an interesting suggestion! Tbh we haven't considered that , but head mod is intrigued. We will make collaborations possible for the works. The original plan was, to do this once everyone is on board. Therefore the application form doesn't take that into consideration.

But don't let that hinder you and feel free to apply as duo if you already have found a partner! The form allowes for people to apply for multible roles. I suggest you simply mention somewhere in your application that you apply as duo for this in any way that it makes it clear.
