how i think alex/sam would go :p

- they have always been cordial and have interacted plenty of times, though they never really had a relationship per se. they were friendly acquaintances if you will, but that changed when they got each other for the winter star feast one year. alex didn’t really know what to get him so he figured he’d talk to abby and ask her; she mentioned that he was due for some new wheels for his skateboard, so that’s what alex ends up getting him. sam on the other hand had an easier time getting something for alex, but he asked haley just to be sure. she mentioned that alex was yapping about a brand new pair of shoes that just dropped, and boom, sam got them. once they exchanged gifts and realized they both actually put effort into them, they realized they needed to start hanging out and be friends!

- things were normal dude stuff in the beginning. playing ball, going for runs, chit chatting, nothing serious. then eventually sam invites him over to show him his music stuff, that goes fine, then soon after alex invites sam over to lift some weights. after that they end up hanging out during the times that sebastian and abby don’t have sam.

- abby is fine with alex, he isn’t her favorite person but she doesn’t dislike him. shes open to getting to know him, though sebastian does not fw alex. he finds him dumb and egotistical and just doesn’t want to deal with him. after a while sam would bring alex around, and it would go fine! they all get along, though sebastian still feels iffy about the other.

- i feel like things would start getting Gay one day during a workout or something. i headcanon that alex has always struggled with his sexuality and has been a closeted in denial bi, and sam is openly bi— i think alex would probably get carried away in watching sam workout, sam notices this and even though he can be an airhead at times, he knows when someone is checking him out. he smirks and is like “what, see something you like?” and alex kinda freaks out and is like haha what are you talking about man. and instead of laughing it off sam gets kinda serious and is like dude it’s okay.. i’ve seen the way you look at other guys.. and alex is like fuckkkkk what. and and and sam sets the weight down and walks over to alex and gets a lil too in his bubble, smirking and all, and says “what do you think?” alex is frozen and he’s about to puke but something just kinda snaps inside him like fuck it. and he smashes his lips against sam’s and commence his gay awakening

- afterwards alex feels a little weird and kinda distances himself from sam and obviously sam realizes this and confronts him. alex opens up and tells him that even though he enjoyed it he just feels odd idk. sam understands though, assures him that’s normal, and tells him they can put it past them. alex thinks for a minute before cupping the back of sam’s neck and pulling him towards his lips

- nothing really changes between them other than them obviously sleeping with each other. people don’t really suspect anything, and the only person who knows what’s going on between them behind closed doors is abby, not even sebastian or haley but they have their suspicions and are pissed lowkey..

i’ve like.. made a whole storyline in my head about them hehe it’s too long to type.. i have so many lil headcanons and whatnot.. i should challenge myself to doodle a multiple page comic

i don’t care what you say everyone gets to kiss alex … the only dateables i find a lil hard to pair him with are leah, emily, and elliott but everyone else i can just see it I CAN SEE

alex/seb— the goth kid and jock is such a delicious trope. in the beginning they wouldn’t fw each other, but eventually they would realize that they get along and actually have things in common. you’d think stereotypically alex would top but no most of the time it’s seb

alex/sam— saw someone refer to them as himbo x himbo and yeahhh that’s basically their dynamic and i find that truly amazing and canon

alex/harvey— ok i’m Dirty harvey goes with anyone bc of Sexy Doctor trope so.

alex/shane— with shane being an ex grid ball player and whatnot, there’s def many tasteful ways to go about this ship

alex/abby— jock and the quirky alt girl is another quality trope, she would tease him and kinda be mean to him but it’s ok she’s cute

alex/haley— self explanatory, pretty preppy girl and the jock will always be a classic pairing in media

alex/penny— same with the jock and the shy girl!! i find this pairing especially cute because they would be so kind to each other, and penny would definitely teach him things and help him with his overall intelligence lmao

alex/maru— same thing as penny! the jock x nerd is so cute and i also feel like they would treat each other so nicely and maru would teach him as well lol

What's your favorite thing about Nellis??

their dynamic— nick finding ellis so annoying in the beginning, not caring about him and actually wanting to get away from him, to developing a close bond with him. obviously going into headcanon territory now but i feel like ellis would come to him first in genuine vulnerable times. even tho nick is rough around the edges and a jerk, he’s been through some shit and is actually fairly wise. ellis looks up to him and he makes him feel safe; he also keeps it realistic for him but yet still keeps his hopes up. sometimes when things are real bad they just sit in silence and hold each other.

what i also like about them is that their relationship works in any way, platonic or romantic. obviously i see them as intimate together, but an older brother -younger brother narrative fits their dynamic just as much. in my opinion because of this, their bond being complicated yet strong in any context, makes them an even better duo in gaming/fandom media

“Taleni, commonly known as Leni, is a kind, hardworking Pacific Islander man in his mid-twenties. His reason for moving to Pelican Town was work related— His dad is old friends with Lewis, and after catching up, Lewis brought up how the town could use a dedicated handyman.
