It didn't go well and I rewrote it three times. The plot has finally been finalized, so I'm just going to post the introduction (maybe I'll rewrite the whole thing haha).

And let me offer a little more information:

The conductor is very afraid of getting intimate with someone. On the other hand, Grooves realizes that both of them love each other and that the conductor is afraid to develop a relationship with her. She was hoping that the Conductor would get over her trauma and choose a future with her, so she was a little aggressive when she found out that was not the case.

０. "Am I your first time dating a girl, darling?"

The answer was obvious, but the Conductor could not voice it at all. All she could do was nod weakly. Perhaps it was because the music playing in the nightclub was too noxious, or perhaps it was because the distance between owl's ears and penguin's heart was unbelievably close. Originally, there was a considerable height difference between the Conductor and DJ Grooves. While being held by her, the Conductor's ears would often come right above her heart. Whenever that happened, she would get lightly dizzy, being told that the penguin in front of her was not a symbol living in an advertisement, but one of those creatures made up of cute and dirty things. She hated it. She couldn't help but want to silence the heartbeat that was misleading her. That day they were in a nightclub she owned, in the middle of the dance hall. The two birds were unveiling their private date to the public as usual. Until then, every smile and whispered affection they showed to their partners was supposed to be nothing more than calculated, camera-aware.

And the earlier question ruined that.

"Wonderful," she continued, leading the Conductor, who was not accustomed to dancing. "You didn't deny it." "I don't know what you're talking about..." the Conductor fidgeted around, adjusting her words. If it weren't for all these birds, she would have made it clear. "Don't try to deceive me. I already know that you have more affection for me than is required in business." She gave a small laugh, causing the Conductor to stop glancing around nervously. "Don't worry, no bird can hear our conversation over this loud music. Would you be so kind as to share your honest feelings with me?" "Angry, aren't you," the conductor murmured wearily. "Is it because I told you this would be the last time I would see you?" "Exactly."

Avoiding the birds with light steps, Grooves said in a more subdued voice. "I'm not going to let you leave this nightclub until I get the answers I want." "I'll leave on my own if you don't," the Conductor replied bitingly, shuffling her feet frantically. "I wish you could."

In fact, the Conductor was well aware that it was unlikely that she would be able to do so. She had a vague idea that this was probably one of Grooves' nightclubs, but sadly she had no idea where it was located. In addition, the Conductor did not have any friends living on the Moon, except for her. Even if the smartphone did its best to lead the Conductor to the Metro space shuttle, it would catch her before she got there.

All she knew now was that once she had asked her partner to end the relationship, she was quickly brought here by car. In the car, the penguin did not speak to her. When the Conductor said, "I'm tired of kissing you for business," only then did she respond teasingly, "So you want to make it real?" but other than that, she really didn't respond to anything. (And the Conductor couldn't agree to that even when the car stopped.) The only thing that was unreal was the sound of electro-swinging coming from the speakers……

"Am I so unreliable, darling?" "It's none of yer bussiness." She replied, a little annoyed.

"Don't make me keep sayin' it, this is my problem ……" And then her voice smalled from guilt.

She was so ashamed of herself already, she wanted to disappear if she could. She even thought what a disgusting woman she was. And she didn't even know what to say to her beyond what she had already said to her at her house.

"No, It's ours." Her flipper trailed down her wrist and slithered around her fingers. "The lie just became true. Why should we break it?" "If we keep going like this," the conductor tried desperately to move her fingers to get away from her flipper. "…… Peck neck, we shouldn't have done this!" "I don't think so, and I know you don't either."

Just then the song stopped and the penguin stopped dancing. Holding hands forcefully, she and her partner walked down the dance hall and down the dark aisle.

"I will surely betray you." "Then I hope you will stay with me until that time comes."

The staff door opened. In contrast to the noisy outside, it was horribly quiet.

"Can I ask you again?"
