Yes. You were supposed to be very offended.
I understand it perfectly, I just don’t get offended by it. Was I supposed to?

"You're kidding."
"No. Not at all. What was that word you used? S-sar… sarcasm?"

"Why would I go for a walk with you?"
"Hey now, if you want to escape all this noise we can go for a walk. Only if you’d like."

"So you're naturally obnoxious?"
"Yeah? Man, I would tell you that I’m going to be really quiet and not disturb you, but that would be a total lie."

Natalia's face instantly perked up. "HI!" Then it went back to normal. "Bye."
"I can go if you’d like. I just haven’t met you, yet, and I wanted to say hello."

"Are you one of those girls who pretends she didn't pack too much even though she knows perfectly well that she did just to get attention?"
"I think I might have packed just a little too much. I honestly didn’t even think that was possible."

"Oh I don't care personally, but I know what it's like to need to keep appearances." With the way she grew up, appearance was everything and maintaining it was crucial. You didn't have to always be nice, or kind, or even mean, but you had to make sure that the way the world saw you was through likeable eyes. "There are no cameras in the laundry room if you need somewhere to get wasted and not be caught."
Family? Sara loved them, yet she didn’t care about what they thought. They were always so judgmental, pointing fingers at her for this and that, forcing her to be like them. However, at the mention of potential employers… Sara knocked back the rest of the wine, resting the glass on the coffee table. She gave up, because the girl was right, about those potential employers - more likely colleges that would accept her - she cared about them, for they held her dream. The brunette shifted, once more turning around. “Thanks… For caring." Slightly embarrassed and a good amount of tipsy, she glanced down, pressing her lips together. This was awkward.

She squealed in surprise when he grabbed her hand but she didn't let go of him as they went towards the stairs. He was child, she thought, and for once that didn't annoy the hell out of her. She couldn't help but giggle when he kissed her hand and when he was gone, she found herself going to her room to grab as many pillows as she could find there. She definitely never got to do this back home, and it was kind of...fun. She grabbed as many pillows from her room as she could carry, hoping that no one would be that pissed and went back to meet Austin.
So it begins...

Natalia froze when this random guy smiled at her. She never really knew what to do when moments like this occurred. Why was he smiling at her? She has never seen him nor talked to him before. She glances into the room and sees his bag, out but probably empty. So he was brand new. Great. She walks over to him, curious to see if he's going to be fun to be around or annoying. "Hey?"
As Oscar finished unpacking, he looked around the room. He was glad for once that coexisting was what he knew from life in the hospital. He’d never had too much of a hard time getting along with people in close quarters, and hopefully this wouldn’t be any different. As for finding love here, he wasn’t too sure at all, but his hopes for making friends was high. He looked up from where he was arranging his belongings when he saw someone out in the hall, smiling immediately to greet them.
