I thought this combination was very interesting. I didn’t have any cucumbers, and I’m assuming it’s a necessity because the freshness of the cucumber cuts through the richness of the black bean paste. the fermentation of the paste leaves a slightly alcoholic aftertaste and it’s a mouthful. I think I added too much. I didn’t season this at all but the pork and zucchini is very flavorful. It’s good, but everything eventually tastes the same. It doesn’t really have a depth of flavor after a couple bites. I’d make it again with less black bean paste and with plenty of cucumbers as a palette cleanser. 6/10

Life update, because I feel as if I should explain why I’ve effectively abandoned social media, hence the blog.

recently i involuntarily hospitalized myself for my increasingly terrible mental state caused by social media, family and other things. I was partially hospitalized for over a month and I’ve come back feeling fresher, but with a few things changed; I realized that my behavior on here was unpleasant and attention-seeking, and I hope to rectify that. I do enjoy this blog and posting my artwork, but I’ve taken a huge step back from fandom. I now only post original artwork in discord servers with my friend, and the Lady Liberty project on my sideblog. That being said, I still do interact with things on this blog, such as messages and asks. I turned off anonymous asks, but I’ll turn them back on. Thanks for anyone who’s stuck with me, you’re always appreciated, I love you, I’m being sentimental, ew. okay bye
