same here. my journaling notebook is my safe place where I put all my thoughts in order without bothering those around me. only downside is that I gotta carry it literally everywhere because those little darts in my head (a.k.a. instant thoughts of what hurts me) are still unpredictable :'<

i started journaling and it's so therapeutic

totally forgot this "blog" exists.

it really sucks when you think things are getting better but in fact everything is worsening in the speed of light and you're back to point 0 or even point -1. it hurts to realise how ephemeral joy or calmness is.

I don't even know if I'll keep this "blog" alive. I don't even know what's coming for me atp. I guess I love Mayhem, Necrobutcher, foreign languages, cloudy weather, the smell of coffee, flowers and cars. or at least that's what I can still remember.

"At Kråkstad we were working on De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas. Øystein had his office there but he also spent a lot of time at his parents' house in Ski. Pelle was always drinking tea and reading books.
