so our lady of the regiment, the only 20something year old person in the unit who does a women’s impression and therefore is crushed on hard by one of the other boys, has decided she will stop at nothing to get a regimental riding habit. there is also no real scenario for this impression to occur because she would need to be an officer’s wife and our only officer is a 60something year old married man whom we all love but would NOT be an appropriate counterpart for this in any way. she has thus decided that one of lads from the younger generation needs to get promoted so she can pretend to be their wife. I also happen to be the the unit’s resident deeply closeted transmasc who only ever does men’s impressions. all this is to say I have been betrothed and I had no say in it don’t ask me how I’m going to get promoted that’s my wife’s problem
