Can I ask how you make ur lineart look so retro and give it that kinda 90s red and blue vibe?? I absolutely live for ur art btw, it's GORGEOUS, u draw baku and kiri so cute and it makes me go kdjfjvkgkhkbfj

i only know how to do this in photoshop – i hope this helps !! ^O^ if u wanna be more meticulous with moving around ur duplicate layer, you can use ctrl + an arrow key!
