Prologue
—————————————————————————————————————
Screams. There was so much bellowing that could be heard everywhere- rippling cries in countless directions blocking the cognizance of a woman that had a large sum of weight that settled upon her left arm. Until her eyes cracked open slowly. Forcing her to be even more disoriented than before. She found herself face to face with dirt since the left side of her face was laying on the ground, while trees surrounded her body. She was quite confused as to why she found herself in this predicament in the first place. That was until she realized what had occurred.
The plane had crashed.
Making her shuffle around as she let out a big gasp.
The plane she was in crashed.
Trying to scramble up on her feet.
How did it Manage to crash? She thought as she was quickly brought down by the weight on top of her arm. Making her grunt back down to stop herself from straining it anymore.
The lady looked over, panicking now as she took in the chunk of metal that was on top of her arm. It was a large piece that was somewhat flat on the bottom but held some sharp edges, though the top was oddly shaped. So she couldn’t decipher what piece of the plane it was. But fortunately enough for her it stopped just before her elbow leaving room for the rest of her body to move, letting her maintain a kneeled position.
-Screams. Screams were still being heard around her. Names, cries, and everything in between. Despite not being able to see the people that they belonged to, they were out there somewhere. Which means she could get help and help is clearly what she needed.
Looking around once more at where she was, the lady began her attempt at screaming “HELP” up into the air, But only a small twisted croak came out. Alarmed and puzzled, She tried screaming for help again and nothing. “No no no”. The woman thought, clutching her free hand to her throat as she tried screaming again and nothing came out. Making her look around frantically as she began to heave in and out quickly. Overwhelmed and distraught she tried to tug her arm just for her to be met with nothing but pain halting her movements as she let out a silent cry. Having her face welcome the tears that flowed down since she wouldn’t be welcomed by anything else soon. Slowly the woman’s breathing calmed down. Mainly because she started to get light headed with how much she was hyperventilating. Though her tears still kept flowing every so often. Taking a deep breath the woman tried to compose herself as best as she could before seeing if she could move the fingers on her left hand. Fortunately enough for her in trying she felt a small pulse in her hand as she slightly twitched it which was good. Really good, because that meant her nerves still worked and that there was a slight space between her and the metal.Though if she didn’t do something now she wasn’t sure whatever circulation she had left would stick for later.
Therefore the lady began digging, digging like crazy non stop. Ignoring the pebbles she felt scratch her skin up here and there as some of the dirt she was moving found a new home inside the fingernails of her right hand. Normally stuff getting in her nails would bother her as much as food getting stuck in her teeth making her need to clean it as soon as possible, but priorities called in and reminded the woman she has other pressing matters to focus on so her attention stayed where it needed to be. After a while of digging on the right side of her arm, underneath it, and then awkwardly on the left side. She finally took a pause to assess where she was at by moving her arm around and she noticed she made it a bit more than halfway up her arm. She tried to see if she could pull her arm a little but there seemed to be a rough piece of metal above the woman’s wrist stopping her. It was sharp enough to cut her if she wasn’t careful so she’d have to dig more underneath to prevent that, but before she began again she looked around, and then back down and noticed three things. One it was almost nightfall, two the screaming had stopped, and three she had a mini dirt mountain layed on top of her. So she pushed whatever remaining dirt that was on her to the left side and got back to work. Though her pace had slowed severely, considering that whatever adrenaline she had before clearly ran out. Maybe It’s because of how much energy she had put into panicking earlier, digging, or the fact that this whole situation was exhausting but she was over it. Surviving for her life wasn’t something she had planned to do on this trip. She was more focused on how she’d spent living it. Yet life clearly had other plans for her, making her sigh. As she leaned upon the metal on top of her arm slightly whilst tunneling with her eyes closed.
BOOM!
The woman heard out in the distance making her shuffle upwards as her eyes shoot you and look around frantically. “It was night time?!” The woman thought as she sat in shock. Seeing as she couldn’t see much with the dark skies above her since she had clearly fallen asleep. The bit of drool she had on her chin let her know as well. She used the inside of her shirt to wipe it off.
BOOM!
The lady heard again making her quickly use her right hand to feel around how far she had gotten at freeing her left, and thankfully it was far. She had gotten up to her wrist, around the sides and about up to a quarter of your palm underneath. Giving the woman enough space to pull it out- but slowly. As she began she heard that sound again.
BOOM!!
Except this time the sound was a little bit closer. Trying not to panic further from the noise that was already tugging at her heart rate. She put as much focus as she could onto pulling her hand out by having her breathing sync up with her tugs. Slow breaths equaled slow pulls and that remained true until she heard another-
BOOOM!
But this time it came even closer and she realized the sounds she was hearing had been some of the trees falling down as she could hear the wood crack and roll .
“Oh fuck no”. The woman thought as she looked down at her arm. Moving her hand she realize she had gotten a little less than her mid palm-
BOOM!
“Fuck it”. The lady thought as she yanked the rest of her hand out letting yet another silent scream escape her as tears started rolling down. The rough piece of metal barred no mercy on her skin, it did not care that trees were falling, and that she was trying to free herself. It decided to part with significance by leaving a nasty gash between her mid palm all the way up to her middle finger. Her hand was bleeding like crazy and burned like hell. Though priorities were set and she had to get out of here. Thus her stumbling upwards, staggering into a sprint in the opposite direction of the metal that once held her still, as she held her wrist to her chest for some sort of comfort.
BOOM!
She heard again. Although it was further away causing her somewhat of a relief that was until she heard a blood curdling scream that followed shortly after. Making her run even faster as she tried to even her breath to somewhat pace herself though to no avail her body was heaving against her and her legs were burning more than the stomach of someone who drank a bottle of hot sauce.
Despite the odds being against her and what was starting to feel like her body as she felt it craving to lock up so that she could stop. She spotted a clearing between the trees ahead of her that was magnified by what she could only assume to be a fire pit that came before it. As she got closer, relief somewhat spread through her spirit as she saw people on a beach. PEOPLE ON A BEACH!! She thought excitedly but before she could’ve made it any further she tripped on something hard. Making her spiral out of consciousness as she tumbled out into the clearing.
———
“Hey guys”…A man with a large round figure and curly hair started speaking slowly in hopes of catching the attention of the other people around him whilst his eyes remained focused towards the treeline, But to no avail the group hadn’t paid attention. Seeing as they were all stunned by seeing the trees fall with the mystery noises that was led by whatever it was making it drop.
“GUYS!”Herly called again.
“What?” a southern man questioned slightly irritated.
“LOOK!” The curly haired man said pointing in the direction of where a lady stayed still on the ground.
Making them rush over.

Guide:Season 1,Ep 3
“She asked about you,” Cyrus said under his breath as he joined you on your shift. Both of you are now looking out into the crowd as you see Olivia glide across the dance floor with Bill in hand at the state dinner.
Cyrus sighed as he was met with a silence that was kept over on your end as you now watch her flood into the president's arms with a gleam in her eyes once she settled her sight upon you. A smile was sent to her in return- That was until the crowd moved in a bit trying to bask in the president's presence cutting into your line of vision, though keeping you on guard.
“Why are you telling me this?” you responded to Cyrus’s question with deep thought although it seemed delayed.
“Because you need to talk to her”. Cyrus states as you give him a pointed look and he begins to lead you to a vacant side of the room “Look we are a team, our job is to look after the president, and ensure the safety of this country” he mutters as he peers around his shoulder.
“So you’re saying Olivia’s a threat," you said with a scoff in disbelief. Before Cyrus can even utter a word you look back at him and continue “May I remind you who was the one that was called to be on his campaign, who led his presidency, got him to where he is right now, and knows the public better than anyone. Why would all that hard work and knowledge be put to waste? She’ll make sure that the president’s career isn’t jeopardized, meaning that the people of this country won’t be either. Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go to my next post.” You say as you make your way past Cyrus and towards the balcony.
“Come with me” the president says to Olivia as she looks away, eyes drifting out past the crowd. “Meet me at our spot in ten minutes”.
“No.” Olivia states still not meeting his gaze.
“I’m not spending any more time away from you” the president responds.
“Stop it. We’re in public, look away.” Olivia said with no hint of pressure removed from her tone.
“I know I don’t have the right, I know.” the president starts as he looks past her shoulder. “I know that you don’t trust me but I love you” he continued.
“Your wife is ten feet away.” Olivia reminded him.
“I love you” he pressed on.
“What about Amanda” Olivia cuts in.
“I.Love.You.” The president restates whilst he emphasizes each word as he begins to look at her. Stopping her in her tracks to look at him for a split second until she realized the song was coming to an end bringing her back to reality, having her let go and begin clapping towards the band. Thus leading the president to follow suit.
“Our spot, in ten minutes.” the president says while clapping.
“You can’t leave your own state dinner”. Olivia states as she noticed you halfway up the stairs making your way to the second floor.
“Watch me.” the president challenges whilst beginning to make his way towards the stairs.
Olivia glanced in that direction and noted you were past the stairs and on your way towards the main balcony which was ironically close to the old spot the president and herself once shared.
Although Olivia had no intention of meeting the president, at that moment she decided it was best to wait a bit before she made her way to the main balcony. Throughout that time she had a glass of champagne hoping that would cool her nerves as she made her way up stairs. It’s been a long while since you last saw each other. Long enough for her to-
“Oh Cyrus, Hello?.” Olivia states as she tries to make her way through the hallway. But noticed two agents with him.
“I don’t know what you think you’re playing at liv but I don’t take kindly to blackmail.” Cyrus states.
“I’m sorry what?” Olivia asks, confused about what’s going on.
“ I never took you for the hell hath no fury type it’s a little trashy but so is having an affair with a married man.” Cyrus says smugly.
“You want to be careful Cyrus with how you speak to me because I might forget that we are friends now if you’ll excuse me.” Olivia responds and tries to move past Cyrus only to get blocked by him again.
“What happened you danced? He said he loved you? Wh-what are you gonna do? Are you gonna meet him right now? He’s good” he says with a scoff. “He has you in the palm of his hand. You're being played. You're being played by the best politician in the world. The upside? The tell-all book that you can write when you're old is “The President's whοre". It's all very dirty and a best seller. These very nice agents are gonna escort you off the White House grounds. And you can tell Amanda Tanner that the meeting with the President is off.”
“No,” Olivia states.
“No?!” Cyrus says in disbelief, ready to laugh.
“No,” Olivia states again firmly. “Your agents will not lay a hand on me as I make my way past them nor will they follow me, because if they do I will have to subject myself into making a scene. Do you know what happens when I make a scene? Cyrus”. She says while emphasizing his name. “People talk and when they talk they also ask questions, questions reporters start to ask, and love to find the answers to especially when it’s from a primary source. So this, whatever you’re trying to do here is counter productive. Now get out of my way, all of you”. She declared firmly. Causing Cyrus to glare at her but still nod his head to the side in defeat. Signaling those agents to part ways so that Olivia can pass through so that she can make her way to the main balcony As Olivia makes her way onto the balcony she’s met with your back as you lean forward on top of the balustrasde.
“Hi-“ Olivia started off behind you before you spun around in surprise.
“OH MY GOSH!” You whispered loudly while clutching your heart. You had been in such deep thought you didn’t think anyone would appear. “You scared me," you stated while catching your breath.
“Sorry.” Olivia said but soon looked away trying to hide her face.
“What is it?” You asked curiously.
“Nothing it’s just that-“ she started off before her laughter took over. “It’s just that I didn’t think that being a scaredy cat was a secret service qualification”. She finished off while making her way towards you.
“What? Are you kidding me?”, you said looking back at her with a tone that mocked disbelief as you laughed along with her. “It’s the most important quality to have, being on edge so that no one else has to.” You say holding your smile now looking outwards with your forearms on the balcony’s balustrade, As she made her way right next to you.
“It’s been a while.” She says, leaning her head on your arm looking off into the distance.
“I know.” You responded as you look down at your hands. “I missed you.” You say as you look down at her.
“I miss you too.” she says as she looks up at you into your eyes caught in a daze until she decides to blink back outwards. “My offer still stands you know.” she continued, still looking outwards.
“I don’t think the president would enjoy you recruiting his staff, especially at his state dinner.” you teased, causing her to chuckle and move her head off your arm. “Besides who said I didn’t already take it up.” You state as you nudge her shoulder a little, keeping a small smile. Though Olivia responds back with a puzzled look. “Cyrus thinks you’re a threat.” You say whilst sighing. “He thinks you're trying to sabotage the president.” You state while moving your forearms away from the balustrade taking some steps back. “He’s becoming delirious so you need to be careful.” you warned as you made your way towards the balcony exit. Before leaving you decided to turn to the side to let Olivia know one last thing. “I’ll always be on your team so that’s not something you have to worry about.” You state with a smile before turning your heel and heading out to your next post. As she watches you leave she can’t help but start to smile though it soon falls away as she’s lost in thought.
Thank you for tuning in!!!
(Hoping to start a series)
