Can Omar slither on land?

Yes! I'd imagine it's a bit difficult although since his tail is pretty heavy on land

He actually has a human form when completely dried, so he'll slither on land, wait to dry then walk around

But he doesn't do it very often since it's an uncomfortable process, and he perfers the sea anyway
