When she’s jealous of a romantic partner or something? She gets anxious and upset, and depending on who it is she might get possessive 👀 she’s not the type to get all Dommy Mommy about it lmao but she might get clingier and try to PDA more

If she’s jealous because she wants to be like someone/is jealous of their skills/etc, she just gets sad. She’s the type that’s motivated by success > failure so if she feels inadequate she’s more likely to give up on trying and mope for a long time

31. Who are they the most glad to have met?

Probably Piers!! When Max moved to Galar, Piers was the first person that didn’t see her as either a strong Pokémon trainer or some sorta anomaly for moving to a region and taking part in the challenge/being endorsed so quickly (especially at her “old” age for it). He’s also the only person who keeps contact with her after she moves to Paldea, which was a big deal for her. She’s attracted to him for sure but they have more of a sibling type of bond than anything else - she loves him dearly

omg so like, Dazai and the shipping container incident with him getting shipped overseas got me thinking... (I am super late to reading it 😭)

Chuuya, unaware of what happened in the moment because he had been sent overseas himself for an international mission, and he had to go out and scout a foreign shipyard for illegal weapon shipments.

AT THE SAME TIME, he conveniently receives a message forward by Mori to be on the lookout for one of their own agents because a Port Mafia member had been taken hostage around the location Chuuya was in.

Chuuya's ??? because why hadn't he been notified that someone was also either on the same mission as him or had managed to be such a bumbling fool that they got caught by foreign enemies. ANYWAY, he keeps an eye out for anything suspicious while still working on his own mission when he sees a particular area of the shipyard had been surrounded by armed foreign criminals, so he's ready to go bust some ass when they all swing the shipping container doors open and barge in to see Dazai there.

Chuuya just facepalms himself in disbelief because he can't believe Dazai followed him all the way to another country (even though it was totally coincidental) but also, he's not even surprised that Dazai managed to get himself caught by the enemy. Again.

They kick some enemy ass and Dazai gets shipped back home on the next plane back to Yokohama, and Chuuya overhears Dazai complaining to Mori on the phone: "What about my home?!"

I haven't read it, but I've read books that comment on it (for school), and it's actually a very dense historiography ("history of historical research/history writing") book by a guy who believes that truth isn't real and that it's impossible to know anything about the past lmao.

I put it onto the list as a joke because I really dislike postmodernism in academic history research (postmodernism here meaning "everything is fragmented, it's impossible to try to know things about the past because history doesn't even truly exist, facts don't exist and are impossible to find out because humans are subjective") and I especially dislike the writings of the guy who wrote that book ahfhjs. Very complicated, frustrating and theoretical, and it even calls into question why anyone would even do historical research ahdhjd.

only certain players minds are altered to fit Caines criteria. And the line between trauma responses and Caines own additions can most certainly be blurred. Pomni, for example, acts like a skittish animal due to what she has experienced, but she has hunting instincs given by Caine... i hope that helps answer your question!

i am an enjoyer of short ocean and tall penny/jane

penny was ocean's gay awakening. ocean was all like "i don't have time for romance! im focusing on my studies instead of boys, unlike my peers!" and then penny joins the choir and ocean is just like "CONSTANCE I THINK IM BROKEN."

ocean was also very in denial about her feelings

i like the idea of penny/jane always being cold and ocean always being warm. the sillies <3 they hold hands <33

my sister and i came up with this dumb au thing where ocean plays the sims, and (before they're dating) she 'accidentally' makes hers and penny's sims date

ocean lets penny/jane ramble to her about animals :)

ocean is very touch-starved, so they hold hands/cuddle a lot. because. why not :D

penny/jane likes to count ocean's freckles :) it helps her calm down

ocean is very easily flustered, and penny takes full advantage of that (complimenting/hugging her in public). she often uses this tactic to make her shut up when she's yelling about something (or at someone, usually noel)

penny/jane will sometimes just. pick ocean up. like. carry her bridal-style. for no real reason.

Like how would they get through a fence while being chased? Just run cartoonishly STRAIGHT THROUGH IT? Find another way? Jump across? Maybe also try to imagine why they are the way they are, and be sure to give both positive/negative traits. If your character is very affectionate—TOO affectionate— maybe they don't know personal space? Or if they're lazy, they might be really good at finding the shortest way to do a task. Maybe crank up some positive traits for bad traits, or see how it could create a bad trait, and vice-versa!!1!!! :D
