10 notes: I'll brush my hair everyday

20 notes: I'll brush my teeth everyday

30 notes: I'll do my laundry

40 notes: I'll wash my bedsheets

50 notes: I'll eat at least one meal a day

60 notes: I'll do some easy daily stretches
