Long live the 90's! The platform shoe joins the revival comeback, also known as the "Spice Girl Platform Shoe"! Now if you were born a girl in the 90's you share my excitement as to have these shoes were on your all time wishlist! The Spice Girls a hit girl pop group from England were all the rage in the 90's and popularized the platform tennis shoe to the highest heights. For all you Y2k kids the Spice Girls were like Justin Beiber times 3, masses of young girls screaming. So this is something like a BIG deal. Thank you Fashion universe!

MADONNA FASHION EXHIBIT AT MACY'S

If you missed it, yesterday, Macy's debuted a one day only exhibit of one of music's greatest fashion icons: Madonna. The exhibit was in Century City, California and featured loaned pieces from Madonna's career of famous costumes! Macy's appropriately named the exhibit "Madonna's Fashion Evolution". This was the first time any artist's costumes had been displayed all together in one place, bringing in pieces from all over the world. Why you ask? Macy's and Madonna collaborated this event to promote Madonna and her daughter's junior fashion line: "Material Girl", which launched in 2010.

 Madonna's "Like A Virgin" wedding dress and her Jean Paul Gaultier pink satin cone-bra corset, Madonna's most famous costume pieces were also featured at the exhibit.
