Hey I’m really sorry if this is weird and you can delete it if it is but I had a dream last night that you were like going through a divorce??? Like in real life??? (Idk if you’re even married in real life???) So all your cat drawings stopped being cute and fun and you started only posting like pics of sad little cats going “NO MORE LOVE!!” and “BROKEN-ASS MARRIAGE!!”
dreams to reality

My friend pointed out the Deltarune chapters settings are like the reverse of undertale
chapter 1 - king's castle
Chapter 2 - The Core

chapter 3 - Mettaton's show, hotland elements (watercooler)
chapter 4 - waterfall (lots more water and blue and gerson)
so later snowdin and the Ruins being the last chapter makes sense bc of how much delta-runage is in the original game. Just a fun observation.

(trying to give relationship advice) from a narrative perspective i think both of you dying together would be the most emotionally satisfying resolution but i’m guessing that’s not what you want to hear

Round One of the Hottest 80s Musician Tournament

Bob Dylan
May 24, 1941-
Known as: Singer, songwriter, and guitarist and was a member of the Traveling Wilburys
Music released in the 80s:
Saved (1980)
Shot of Love (1981)
Infidels (1983)
Empire Burlesque (1985)
Knocked Out Loaded (1986)
Down in the Groove (1988)
Oh Mercy (1989)
Propaganda:
John Deacon
August 19, 1951-
Known as: Bassist for Queen
Music released during the 80s:
The Game (1980)
Hot Space (1982)
The Works (1984)
A Kind of Magic (1986)
The Miracle (1989)
Propaganda: “Hot, silly, cryptic, devoted to his wife & family, bold fashion and hair, cute dad, smiley (SO smiley<3), and I'm even still attracted to him when he dressed up as a granny for the I Want To Break Free music video, so that says a lot. Best seen in motion in the Rock Montreal 1981 concert (aka his greek god phase) PHEW”
“John Deacon (aka "Big Mamber John") might be the quietest and most mysterious man in Queen, but he's not to be underestimated. Through the years he's been a real chameleon, often changing haircuts and clothing styles, but always maintaining that aura of mistery, elegance and humour all the same. He might not be "hot" in the most common of senses but he has a very unique charme that makes him cute, lovable, attractive, reliable and yes, also very hot (just look at him playing! Look at his hands!). He's tailored to be "husband material" all around! And if you're still in doubt, check out his tight jeans at Montreal '81 or his short shorts during the Magic Tour ;)”

Hey btw, if you're doing worldbuilding on something, and you're scared of writing ~unrealistic~ things into it out of fear that it'll sound lazy and ripped-out-of-your-ass, but you also don't want to do all the back-breaking research on coming up with depressingly boring, but practical and ~realistic~ solutions, have a rule:
Just give the thing two layers of explanation. One to explain the specific problem, and another one explaining the explanation. Have an example:
Plot hole 1: If the vampires can't stand daylight, why couldn't they just move around underground?
Solution 1: They can't go underground, the sewer system of the city is full of giant alligators who would eat them.
Well, that's a very quick and simple explanation, which sure opens up additional questions.
Plot hole 2: How and why the fuck are there alligators in the sewers? How do they survive, what do they eat down there when there's no vampires?
Solution 2: The nuns of the Underground Monastery feed and take care of them as a part of their sacred duties.
It takes exactly two layers to create an illusion that every question has an answer - that it's just turtles all the way down. And if you're lucky, you might even find that the second question's answer loops right back into the first one, filling up the plot hole entirely:
Plot hole 3: Who the fuck are the sewer nuns and what's their point and purpose?
Solution 3: The sewer nuns live underground in order to feed the alligators, in order to make sure that the vampires don't try to move around via the sewer system.
When you're just making things up, you don't need to have an answer for everything - just two layers is enough to create the illusion of infinite depth. Answer the question that looms behind the answer of the first question, and a normal reader won't bother to dig around for a 3rd question.
