Excerpt: 

Lily Luna cast a quick dust-repelling spell, taking in all the boxes and cases that had been piled haphazardly in the attic of Grimmauld Place.

There didn’t seem to be any discernible order, and Lily couldn't risk using a Accio to find her prize. The magic in her childhood home was volatile and untrustworthy: half a dozen random objects might pile up on top of her, summonsed by the voice of a Potter.

Excerpt: Hugo didn't mean to find out, he had just been eavesdropping paying attention when Rose and Lily had been whispering to each other. As soon as he heard something interesting he sat bolt upright from where he had been lying behind the sofa. His sister and cousin jumped.

Excerpt: “Welcome Weasleys!” Arthur exclaimed, grinning broadly. He looked around the table, joyously meeting the gaze of his six children, pausing only momentarily at the one chair that always remained empty.

Seated beside his sons and daughter were their partners, the husband and wives that Arthur and Molly had welcomed fully into their family- Audrey, Fleur, Angelina, Hermione and Harry- each adored as much as if he were their own father. There was no wizard in England that that loved his family more than he, and Arthur knew there was no better excuse to see them than a party. The Summer Solstice was his favourite celebration by far.

Summary: Scorpius has chosen a Bearded Dragon for a pet, and moved it into his and Albus' bedroom. This fact really hasn't gone down well with his boyfriend.

Excerpt: Scorpius and Albus had been living together a month when Henrique arrived.

Henrique was Scorpius’ choice of pet. He’d never had much of a tolerance for Crups (their barking left him on edge) and Kneazles just weren't right either (he was sure he was allergic to their fur). Scorpius chose the Bearded Dragon from the Magical Menagerie, and brought him home to an unimpressed Albus. Of all the animals in the world, a muggle reptile was the very last creature he’d have imagined sharing his life with. Scorpius, however, would not be denied.

Summary: Lorcan and Lysander take a trip to their childhood hangout and find an old companion.

Excerpt: Lorcan ran down the path, darting between people, dodging handbags and wandering crups. His brother followed close behind, apologising to the people Lorcan had crashed into on his mission to reach the meadow. He rolled his eyes. His brother could be so polite sometimes. 

Lorcan continued his journey up the path, only stopping to allow a family of nifflers to cross to the vegetable patch on the other side of the path. He reached the meadow in record time, revelling in the sight of the peaceful, undisturbed patch of land. It was so quiet compared to the rest of his parents’ reserve, which was full of people and noisy families gawking at the animals and asking ‘ Are you sure we can’t pet them?’
