i reached 20k steps (could’ve walked more but i woke up late) : 640

i only ate half of the burger 💅

i’m so proud because i used to eat a whole burger and fill myself up with water or coke but this time i did drink anything, i guess i got used to eating less .

also my mom made this so the calories aren’t really accurate.

my sister invited my cousin (she’s 13) and i have to pretend like i’m not starving myself because if she sees that i’m on a diet she’ll do the same even though she’s healthy and at a healthy weight and i don’t want to do that to her , so i’ll try to get out of eating without being suspicious
