Shattered Ice, Clear Sky, Quick Water, Tall Shadow, Cloud Spots, Jackdaw's Cry, Shaded Moss, Bright Stream, Rainswept Flower, Dappled Pelt, Turtle Tail, Falling Feather, Hawk Swoop, Moon Shadow, and Falcon's Wing leave the mountains to follow the Sun Trail.

Fluttering Bird dies of starvation.

Jagged Peak leaves the cave after the group. Gray Wing chases after him. Meeting up, both cats join the group and continue on together.

Sun Shadow, Crow Muzzle, and Dancing Leaf are born to Dewy Leaf in the Tribe, but Crow Muzzle dies soon after birth.

Falcon's Wing is taken by an eagle, and Shaded Moss is killed by a monster.

The group settle on the moor before Clear Sky, Moon Shadow, Quick Water, Falling Feather, Jagged Peak, and Bright Stream move to the forest.

Turtle Tail leaves to go live with Bumble.

Bright Stream gives birth to Clear Sky's kits, Falcon Swoop and Owl Feather, Falcon Swoop named after Clear Sky's foster father.

Dancing Leaf dies of an unknown sickness a moon after he is born.

Clear Sky’s group starts claiming territory and heavily guarding the boundaries.

Clear Sky exiles Jagged Peak due to his injured leg.

Storm joins Clear Sky, and Turtle Tail dies protecting Storm from a rogue.

Hawk Swoop gives birth to Acorn Fur and Lightning Tail

Wind and Gorse save Jagged Peak’s life but Tall Shadow refuses to allow them to join the group. They eventually do later, gaining their new names of Wind Runner and Gorse Fur.

The forest is devastated by a fire, and Clear Sky’s Group temporarily stay at Tall Shadow’s Camp.

Storm decides to join Tall Shadow’s group, gaining the name of Stormy Sky because she doesn't like how violent Clear Sky is.

Moon Shadow dies from burn wounds.

Clear Sky banishes Frost. Finally fed up, Bright Stream and her kits leave to join Tall Shadow’s Group.

Petal kills Misty and takes in her kits as her own.

Bumble is found dead.

Wind Runner gives birth to Gorse Fur's kits, Moth Flight, Dust Muzzle, Morning Whisker, and Ember Pounce, Ember Pounce dies soon after birth.

The battle between Tall Shadow’s Camp and Clear Sky’s Camp commences, leading to the deaths of Fircone and Falling Feather of Clear Sky's group and Hawk Swoop, Frost, and Jackdaw's Cry of Tall Shadow's group. After Gray Wing sees the pleasure Clear Sky had in killing Hawk Swoop, Gray Wing is forced to kill his brother, leading Petal to step up as the new leader. Resulting in neither side winning.

The spirit-cats appear after the battle and tells the leaders that they must ‘Unite or Die’ and grow and spread like the Blazing Star.

An illness caused by very hot weather plagues the forest.

Morning Whisker dies from the sickness, leading Wind Runner and Gorse Fur to leave with their two remaining kits.

One Eye takes over Petal’s Group. An attempt to drive him out fails but they eventually kill One Eye.

They finally get the Blazing Star and cure the sickness.

Stoneteller dies from a sickness at the tribe.

Sun Shadow and Quiet Rain leave the Tribe to find the Early Settlers, with Quiet Rain agreeing that before she dies she wanted to see her mate and kits.

Rainswept Flower gives birth to Jagged Peak's kits, Tiny Flower, Dove Feather, and Tall Peak.

Quiet Rain and Sun Shadow reach the forest, where Quiet Rain and Sun Shadow find out Quiet Rain's mate Falcon's Wing died and Sun Shadow's dad Moon Shadow has also passed.

Quiet Rain dies peacefully surrounded by her remaining family.

Slate gives birth to Gray Wing's kits, Black Ear, Silver Stripe, and White Tail.

Slash takes Bright Stream prisoner but she is rescued.

Slash takes Gray Wing and Slate’s kit, Black Ear. He is rescued too, and Slash leaves the forest.

Gray Wing and his kits give the groups their names of StormClan, Stormy Sky's clan, ShadowClan, Tall Shadow's clan, RiverClan, River Ripple's clan, WindClan, Wind Runner's clan, and PetalClan, Petal Shadow's clan.

Gooseberry gives birth to Yew Tail's kits, Apple Blossom and Snail Shell.

A few moons later Moth Flight discovers the Moonstone and becomes the first medicine cat. The medicine cat ranking is soon established.

Milkweed Tail gives birth to Leaf Speck's kits, Hazel Burrow, Shivering Rose, and Morning Fire.

Juniper Branch gives birth to Raven Pelt's kits, Shade Pelt, Dusk Nose, and Dangling Leaf.

Slate gives birth to Gray Wing's second litter of only one kit, Rain Pelt.

Willow Tail is killed by Petal Shadow.

Milkweed Tail gives birth to Leaf Speck's second litter, Beech Tail and Patch Pelt.

A group of dogs invade StormClan’s camp.

Stormstar and Lightning Tail deal with the dogs, but Lightning Tail is killed, Stormstar also loses her first life.

Clover Leaf becomes Stormstar's deputy.

Many moons later Gorsestar dies and Gray Wing is the new WindClan leader, as he was Gorsestar's deputy before he died.

What if Mapleshade's kits lived? (AU)

First off, Ravenwing, Frecklewish, and Appledusk would still be alive. All of her kits become warriors (Larchheart, Patchclaw, and Petalstripe cause why not). I imagine that Mapleshade and her kits would either become loners or join Shadow/WindClan.

What if Gray Wing lived? (AU)

If Gray Wing lived the clans might not have been given their current names (or at least not until later). He also would have been able to watch his kits grow up and probably have a second litter with Slate (I'm naming them cause why not Dove Heart and Cinder Cloud). Also if he lived long enough he could be Gorsestar's deputy and eventually the third leader of WindClan (We stan Graystar). And when he does finally die (cause no one lives forever) I imagine him dying peacefully surrounded by his family like he did in the canon.
