He told me Izzie--one of Elena's daughters--is going to become a vampire to escape the Gemini twin thing. But Kai became one and still...did what he did. Hope frowned deeply, before glancing apologeticly at Evie. "I think my Daddy only likes bourbon and blood." She admitted, shrugging. "He eats anything that's sat in front of him. One time one of my Crescent cousins set a raw steak in front of daddy when he wasn't paying attention and he took a big bite."

"They are a bit weird, especially that Alice girl. I only feel bad for Rosalie. Imagine you're dying and get saved by a vampire because he thinks you'll be a great mate for his emo son," Katherine tsked, disgust on her face. "And Carlisle wonders why Rosalie and Edward can't stand each other. Edward’s a downright dick. Can't stand him," she muttered, leaning more against Elijah, a purr growing in her throat before she gently caught Evie's wrist. "Kote, where are you going?"

Erik grinned, glancing at his mother as he curled up beside her for a moment, hugging her. "We're just going to talk to uncle Gabe about the cake we made for dessert. He said we could decorate it. He even let us dye the frosting." He murmured, eyes sparkling as Elias and Hope joined the twins.

"Alright," Katherine remarked, letting Evie go. "But if he tells you to come back outside you listen, okay?" She asked, as the children nodded and disappeared into the covered porch.

Caroline huffed, looking thoughtful before pointing out "Carlisle is a doctor," as Katherine laughed, Elijah chuckling with her as Caroline glared at them. "Sorry, Care. Carlisle has his entire family follow Stefan's animal diet. Edward’s know for his little tantrum and going off and hunting criminals in the 20s and 30s to justify trying human blood," Katherine stated, still laughing. "Hell, the only one who's never broken to her instincts--yet--is Rosalie. And she's got alot of bets riding on her."

"Because he was a great trauma surgeon, Klaus. If you could force a bunch of your new hybrids to go to med school and become doctors to heal people then I wouldn't be so upset." Caroline snapped. "Katherine called him in to fix my mom after she got in a car crash and we couldn't use vampire blood because there was a chance she had cancer. He saved her life. The only other doctor Katherine knows is one Carlisle Cullen and apparently he has a fondness for turning teenagers and while Katherine states he is a great doctor, she wouldn't recommend having him anywhere near Mystic Falls."

"And Elijah cannot stand him," Katherine remarked, looking thoughtful. "I don't know why though. Carlisle has a mate and is perfectly nice. But when I got hurt Elijah wouldn't let Carlisle tend to me or anything. Did it all himself. Even went to med school for a few decades afterwards. It was weird."

Elias hummed, glancing at Evie. "Yeah. Do you think Uncle Gabe will let us use his big boat? It was fun when he brought it to the dock last year, especially when we got to sleep in it. And I liked the ice cream machine in it. And it would fit the parent trap movie!"

"Yeah," Erik murmured, grinning. "Mama's good at plotting. So's Tatko. It'll be fun. And Mama can practice her new magic and stuff with Uncle Gabriel." He added as Hope nodded. "Auntie Freya always says practicing in the real world is better, and she has me practice in the French Quarter all the time. It may be good for Auntie Katerina too." She whispered, smiling at Evie. "And your Uncle Gabriel is super strong right? You said he was the witch out of your uncles, so he'll be best to help your mama."
