Jack could see plainly when he looked at her that she trusted him. Not only that, she was comfortable with him and she liked him. He liked the way he could see her working things out in her head, the way thoughts flashed past her pretty eyes and twitched the muscles on her face. He smiled down his nose at her, since she was held a little lower than he himself was. A little smirk crossed his face as she secured herself by wrapping an arm around his neck, smiling ear to ear on the inside. He wasn't sure why, really, it just seemed natural. 

Jack didn't even feel the cold or the wind as they shot like a bullet through the air. He let his eyes close, let the wind take him back where it needed to, without needing his thought or direction or control. The wind was the wind, with or without Jack Frost. He opened his eyes and smiled as her as they rushed through the atmosphere, through clouds and sky alike. "Yeah, it is. I'm pretty lucky, I see this every day. It gets boring though." He said after a second. "But, " He added a moment later, "It stays beautiful."  He loved the color that flushed her cheeks, could see the light in her eyes and the glow on her skin. He chuckled and whooped like a lunatic up there, loving every moment of this. 

He smiled at her question. "Yeah, most every day. Sometimes, when it's hot all around, I just try to keep cool and hide, but it doesn't work so I just come up here, where it's cold." He chuckled. "And yeah, it is pretty nice. Makes you forget how bad the world is, when you see how nice it looks from here." He said with his smile flickering for a moment, hating the sadness he had implied. He returned her smile and gaze, his expression softening. He rather liked this girl - he didn't know why, but he knew he did. He felt obligated to protect her.

Speech Ideas? (Does this make me look like I am creeping on your blog? Welp :P)

So I just saw your post asking people for ideas for your speech, and I have not really done speeches yet, but I can give you some pointers since you can choose your topic:

I would suggest to do it on something that you enjoy-but not biased on, and something generic. For example, I would do a speech on vampires from Anne Rice's "The Vampire Chronicles" because I am interested in it and I think that researching for this subject would not really be work because I would enjoy it. You should try to reasearch something that you enjoy so that you, like my example above, don't really think of it as work, and so you are more inspired and enthusiastic about your speech.

As for the 'general' statement above-try not to be too specific on your subject, because that might get you biased or whatever. Like a general speech about zombies (I am a very strange person) or famous serial killers (yes, I actually spend time looking up serial killers. My family worries that I might become a serial killer myself one day...*sigh*) would be interesting, and it would be informative.

I was probably not much help, but my main points of the above ideas were this: research something that is interesting and that will not be something that will put everyone to sleep.

So yeah, sorry for the horrible advice, but I figured that I could give you a few tips, since you asked for them. :P

|| Today, my Creative Writing class was told to have a topic for an informative speech by tomorrow. I really, really hate choosing my own topic, especially when I don't  get the chance to force my ridiculous ideas on people. So, are there any suggestions as to what I write about? 

Some of you are probably going to say things like RotG, but I'm going to ask that you don't. It's an informative speech, telling my class about something. It can be something silly, like vampires or dragons, but try not to give anything that I could be biased on. RotG obviously falls under that category.

I promise to share any final results with you all. Please, send me an ask, or reblog, or something. I'd love to know what you guys would like to hear about, since I value your opinions more than those of my classmates!
