Haunted house - Noah x spiritual!reader
As you and Noah entered the abandoned house, the atmosphere shifted. You have always been superstitious, especially when it comes to spiritual power. It wasn't just because of the movies, it was because of peoples' experiences with it. You believed there was life after death whether it was good or bad.
As you and Noah cautiously explored the house, your gaze fell upon a dusty old doll tucked away in a corner. The sight sent a shiver down your spine, awakening your deep-rooted beliefs in the spiritual realm. You firmly believed in the possibility of spirits possessing objects, especially dolls.
"Hey, you okay, Y/N?" Noah asked.
"Noah, I can't help it. I believe in the power of spirits and things like demonic possession," You admitted, your voice barely above a whisper.
Noah, though skeptical, respected your beliefs. He gently took your hand in his, offering her reassurance. "I understand, Y/N. Everyone has their own beliefs and fears. Let's stay togeth"er and be cautious"
Despite your unease, you couldn't deny that the doll was fascinating.
You touched the doll then immediately felt a surge of negative energy pass through you.
Noah quickly pulled you away from the doll. "Y/N, maybe we should leave. It's not worth taking any risks."
You nodded, then followed Noah toward the exit. However, a sudden gust of wind blew through the house, causing the doors to slam shut. The room became dark and the doors wouldn't budge.
You and Noah both exchanged fearful glances then tried to remain calm. You knew you had to get out of here.
You and Noah tried to find a way out then stumbled upon an old library. You found an old dusty book of prayers then came across one with a protection against evil spirits.
You and Noah began citing the prayer then felt a gentle calm wash over you. The doors that were closed shut eventually blew open, causing you and Noah to run out as quickly as you could.
"That was close." You sighed, glancing back at the abandoned house.
Noah wrapped his arms protectively around you. "I know. But we got through it. Let's never venture into the unknown ever again."
