i find the DSM-5 a bit of a mess when it comes to being a guide for having to diagnose someone

it’s generally true that personality and mental disorders are something that come from genetics and the emotional stimuli around us

but everyone’s experiences and how things affect them are different, sometimes people can have symptoms of two different disorders but not necessarily fully fit the criteria for either

something a psychiatrist once told me is that there isn’t really any clarity in the DSM-5 because everyone’s journey with mental health is different, it isn’t easy to just categorize them in just A, B and C

if they clearly do have mental problems that have been long-term and caused problems repeatedly, it’s hard to give a diagnosis if the DSM-5 is so black and white with how personality disorders are “meant” to be one type of way

oh yeah the splatoon brainrot is so bad for me that i made a cover of Bomb Rush Blush for my inkling oc ahahahahha,,,,,,

i don’t know how well covers do in the community, i’ve heard a lot of cute covers for splatoon songs but since this is like my 3rd time ever making a cover im probably not up to par ;;^ ^

maybe it’ll be posted when i feel more confident in it :,>

i’m having trouble with the octoling’s design i mald everytime i make a sketch of him

i’ve had a concept for my two splatoon ocs for a bit that i wanna share rlly bad AAAAA

but basically it’s a duo, an inkling and an octoling that are sort of like a splatoon idol duo

except they’re more cover artists, so they don’t really have original songs of their own but they’re recognized for their singing voices and how well they can sing other idols’ songs

once i make an actual drawing of them both its over i need to gET THEM OUT NOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW
