Work break/lunch/snacks. This lasts throughout the day (sometimes longer) and I love it! Only thing missing is my usual dark chocolate or chocolate treat, and a bubly. Missy May update: We had a follow up with the vet today and unfortunately, her eye hasn't healed. The vet had to do a procedure where they remove the damaged tissue in her eye using a swab to help promote healing. She has more cone time, continuation of her antibiotic drops, some pain killers and a new drop that we adminster every two days that will help with tissue regrowth. She has a follow up Friday morning. Hopefully this works! Fingers crossed as there is only one other available treatment if this doesn't work(involving a grid cut into her eye tissues) as she can't have surgery :( Thanks to everyone who has checked in, helped out and asked about our little booger bum! If anything changes we will let you know 🖤 Picture is of after the vet. My poor Booger Bum! It was a stressful, expensive morning. Missy had an eye irritation this week that progressively got worse and booked her into the vet as soon as they could take her. We figured it was either going to be doggo pink eye, or an injury. We went in this morning and it turns out she has an ulcer/injury :( Hopefully it heals up well, as she cannot undergo surgery because of her heart condition. My books will be open for some sewing and otherwise comissions to help cover some of the costs. Deposits required, and turn around times vary by project! Its going to be cone city for this little monster for a few weeks! I missed my kitchen. Next time, I am going to plan my trip a little better. I am said I didnt get to Halifax/Dartmouth to see my sister and some other folks. I never did get to Florence beach. I didnt get to meet some of my baby cousins. It was very stressful at times, but I am thankful for the time in got to spend with those I did manage to see. I love you guys! Next time! I am happiest when I am creating. I love comissions. I rarely ever take pictures of finished items because the internet is a terrible place full of thieves and assholes. Because of this, I dont really have a portfolio. It sucks. I am currently busting my ass trying to get this done before I start my vacation. I have a million things to do, and I am not stressed. Working on this project is giving me so much joy! Yes, it's going to be a mad scramble to pack when I get my suitcase. But I don't even care. 🖤 I am so very thankful for the folks who have trusted, and continue to trust me to create for them, AND pay me accordingly. You folks seriously have no idea how much I appreciate you. I very much wish this could be sustainable as a 'day job' instead of a once in a while thing. But, I will take what I can get, and I can't wait for this set to get to its new home! I am so excited! I will be closed or commissions for the next three weeks. After that, please feel free to get in touch! Comfort food. 🖤 Nannys Kibby(baked kibbeh). I've been trying to incorporate more traditional spices into my Lebanese food, and it's going quite nicely. Once I find some decently priced pine nuts, I'm going to make the layered/stuffed versions. I've been pretty stressed, sore, and tired lately.
