At first i drew this picture of Diligence with the intent to open those shoulders up. But then i thought that that’s not fair — taking Temperance’s clothes without drawing anything him in return. So these pics are paired now. I enjoy thinking that Temperance would be really uncomfortable without his coat. Not because of supposed nudity, rather feeling more vulnerable. In my head he’s a guy enjoying solitude and confined spaces, so coat is giving him a feeling of estrangement and privacy, when without it he’s like at a gunpoint. [РУ]

Изначально я нарисовала картинку с Усердием только для того, чтобы открыть ей эти ШИКАРНЫЕ плечи. Но потом подумала, что это как-то несправедливо — взять одежду Умеренности, и ничего не нарисовать с ним взамен. Так эти картинки получились парными. Мне нравится думать, что Умеренности было бы очень неуютно без своего плаща. Не потому, что он стесняется мнимой наготы, а потому, что он чувствует себя уязвим��м. В моей голове он парень, любящий уединение и замкнутые пространства, так что плащ дополнительно дарит ему чувство отчуждённости и закрытости, а без него он как на прицеле.
