i wish people hated on alcohol as much as the hate on cigarettes. by no means am i trying to defend cigarettes, as an ex-smoker i am well aware of how awful smoking is. but so is drinking, yet it is fully permissible within most societies. we have so many meta-analyses now that show any alcohol is bad. there is no such thing as a healthy amount of alcohol, same as there's no healthy amount of smoking.
