This has been in my inbox since FEBRUARY and I gave plushysims the link months ago but I'm using this ask to share the download for those who want this house in their games as well!

If you would like my Clarke Lepacy Generation One house in your game you can download it right now! I used A LOT of CC and store content in this build bc I didn't think anyone would ever want to download it but most of it is included in the zip. There were about 4/5 items that I could not locate so some things may be missing (I know for sure one of the plants, a computer, and a shower are not included.)

Another Hidden Springs renovation that I'm happy to share! Lot was meant to be 100% CC free but I forgot to remove a decor computer when exporting so it's included in the zip file. By the end of every build I do, big or small, I get extremely burnt out and throw together anything just to finish. I started hitting that wall with the movie theater so I completely stepped away from it bc I actually want this part to look nice. So until I get inspired to actually finish it, this is what it's looking like.

ngl I haven't touched my shops on sunset build since February. the entire lot is about 95% finished but I don't really like the way I furnished the movie theater lol. I'm taking a break from it for the time being but I can share some photos of the areas of the theater that I do like

*UPDATE 3/20/25*

I edited Salt & Pepper for Hidden Springs during generation 5 of my lepacy and decided to finally [one year later] share the new lot with you all! Salt & Pepper now includes a parking lot. New lot size is 24x40 and replaces the diner in HS. Should I share the other Hidden Springs renovations I did?
