"If you need help finding my dorm room, just ask around, people will point you in the right direction, I'm sure," *he says to Foxy*.

*With those last words, he slightly leans into the hug more, sleepiness coming back as the mischievous cat and the curious boy disappear.*

*Ellis's smile briefly fell from his face when he looked away from Foxy.*

It isn't much to gawk at, but then again, some swords choose when they want to be bold and shining and when they want to be idle in the background. It sits behind an enchanted glass case in our assembly hall with curtains around it. Anyone, except for headmaster Ambrose, only ever pays any attention to it during orientation. It's not as dramatic as I'm sure the magic mirror is, but it has more of a humble whimsy or majesty to it. "

*he explained about the sword in surprising detail the best he could. Admittedly, rambling a bit since the historical parts of RSA were some of the things that interested him most about the school.*

"Ah- was I rambling? Sorry about that. I hope it helped you understand a bit better. I find it strange that NRC seems to have nearly everything about it plastered online, but our school has barely anything..." *He said, looking at Chenya*.

"Guess it's because we aren't as interesting?" *he laughed...NRC had certainly had ..a L o t going on from what he had heard.*

"Yeah..unfortunately RSA does have plenty of students who act like that, but on the bright side there's plenty of us who aren't as fake." *He sort of gestured to Chenya and himself*.

"If you ever found yourself on campus.. Foxy (@blind0raven ), was it? Just come find me or Chenya, hopefully we'd make things more pleasant for you. Even if the experience is a little well...mad" *he chuckled.*

"I'm Ellis, by the way. Pleased to meet you."

*He sort of offers his hand to Foxy. They can shake it if you want, but if they don't want to, that's perfectly fine.*

An Aubry's flapshell turtle

Mostly because this damn thing is so weird and i can barely find info on it. And its very goofy. Thank u for the last reply btw :}

*He snorted slightly when he saw the first image of the red-orange reptile.*

"I've seen sad turtles, happy turtles, and now I've seen a cross one. It doesn't look very pleased, haha."

*he placed a finger to his chin*.

"Perhaps the reason it is so upset is because it's been discovered by people. It doesn't want to make itself known. It does have very vibrant colors, though. I'm surprised it hasn't been talked about more."

*He smiled more*

"You're welcome Bip, feel free to keep showing me silly or adorable animals in the future."

*He flinches slightly when Chenya pokes him, but isn't really too upset by it*.

*He crosses his arms then and smiles in thought for a second*.

"You know that sounds like a book plot...it starts with people thinking bugs are aliens but then slowly over time it gets revealed that it isn't just them but more and more things turn out to be aliens and they had just assimilated so well that nobody noticed until a cockroach was the thing that revealed it."

*He snapped his fingers*.

"That's a good idea- I'll keep that in my back pocket I think."

"Inadvertently, you have given me story inspiration, Chenya!"

*Quickly, he opened up his bookbag and pulled out a beaten and battered journal to scribble a reminder in it.*

"Ello, Well- I can't say I've got much of an opinion yet. I saw Chenya (@your-local-grinning-cat) seemed to be having fun on here, so I thought, why not?" *he shrugs his shoulders, his jacket rustling*.

"As for cockroaches? Eh, I can't say I'm exactly a huge fan of them..they ought to be some sort of alien with how resilient they are... I'm thankful I haven't come across one yet, I'm not typically adverse to bugs but...not sure I'd handle it well" *he laughs*.

"Sorry if you're a fan of the little devils-"

*A snort laugh just barely escaped his lips with the sudden appearance of Chenya, especially because of what he came in to comment on*.

*Leave it to him to show up just with a mention of his name, right??*

"I know technically- they aren't aliens but STILL with the fact they are resistant to literal radiation- it has to make you wonder!"

*The spiral that Chenya then went on about other bugs/things with antenna being aliens made Ellis crack a smile even more*.

"I don't think antenna is the exact criteria I would use to say something is an alien... but still, who knows? I certainly don't know how most bugs came to this planet"

*He shrugs once more and laughs to himself about how random this is*.

Hey dude, this is a diamondback turtle, everytime i look at it i cry, and i would love to hear what you think of it

*He looks for a second at the pictures of the lil guy and a smile slowly spreads on his lips*.

"You know..sometimes turtles have this morose little look in their eyes...I know they aren't typically sad but sometimes, with some species, that's what I see."

*he chuckled*.

"This one though, has a cute little smile to match its cute little size. It makes me want to just scoop one up and keep it in my pocket haha" *He said with increasing glee*.
