A sneak peek at some of the goings on of Scratch & Sniff in our performance of “Now it’s Not The Time” performed back in October 2016 inside the fabulous Paines Plough Roundabout when it visited Stoke-on-Trent. This was our first full show and it went down a treat (we hope).

RIP Pigeon (RIPigeon)

Rip Pigeon Did you falter when you flew? Were you staring at the sky? Missing the glass death trap before you? Or did you mean to die? Did you consider a swan song when you last took flight? Was it a beautiful dance? Or a cruel and bloody fight? Was it a kamikaze mission? A suicide pact? Did you intend to die all wings intact? Did your pigeon friend convince you to end your life? What happens now, to your poor, lonely pigeon wife? Or was it her that made you do it? "It won't hurt a bit, we'll go down together Oh how we'll fly, just like birds of a feather! The bird heaven is better than this living hell" She said But little did you know she wanted you dead So she could continue her life with her bit on the side It was Steve that fucking Magpie As he stole your silver She sold her soul Little does she know he's a real arsehole Without a care for other people's stuff Getting every bird he sees right up the duff He has the monopoly in the winged world While you just lie there. Gross. Several people passed disgusted having hurled.
